Aritzia — Local services in Houston

I had a really disappointing experience at Aritzia recently. I came in to return a dress I had just purchased less than a week ago, which I couldn’t wear to a gender reveal because it didn’t match the dress code. When I brought it back, the associate at the front desk was dismissive and frankly unprofessional. She refused the return because the tag was “removed,” even though it was never properly attached—just pinned on with a safety pin from the start. I explained this, but she then tried to claim it “smelled like detergent,” which was completely untrue. The dress hadn’t even been worn or washed—it still smelled like it was fresh off the rack. Instead of listening, she was quick to accuse and seemed more interested in finding reasons to deny the return than offering any real help. I expected better service and maturity from a brand like Aritzia. I shop here for all special occasions so it’s disappointing having someone who doesn’t know how...

I wish I got the girls name who helped me. I ran in there frantic for a dress for graduation and had somewhere to be so I was in a huge rush. This one girl happily dropped everything to go find me a bunch of dresses to try on. Whilst they didn’t have the size I was looking for (12), she encouraged me to try a 10 and an 8. I was SHOCKED when I fit into an 8 and got to leave the store with that dress. Another girl kindly knew I was in a rush and opened a register to check me out. They both congratulated me on graduating. Just very sweet girls and actually will never forget them. That was my first experience in Aritzia and it was so much better than I thought it could be. I was intimidated for a while to go into the store but I am so glad I finally did. Wonderful people...

Aritzia, Rain needs a raise please. This location has terrible reviews and Queen Rain single-handedly raised you from the dead.

I came ready to drop a bag 💰 and she knew exactly what to do.

I will ONLY shop with Rain from now on.
