Would give zero stars if I could! Worst customer experience of our lives! They swapped our rings for cheaper models and despite acknowledging their mistake, took 5 weeks to send us a refund and sent me a smaller refund than the actual ring price (see photos below!) My husband and I bought our wedding bands in Oct/2023. His was a 4mm and mine was a 3mm, both Skyline model in 18k gold (receipt photo attached). After our wedding, we sent them for engraving our names and the date. We were surprised that it took 5 weeks to get them back. When we received them, we noticed that my band looked thinner (see photo of before and after) and his looked like a different model. We went back to the store and after initially not believing us, they acknowledged that my ring was now a 2mm (which was very obvious) and his was a cheaper model (Classic model instead of Skyline as we had paid for). The local managers (Nicole and Nohemi) apologized and were upfront trying to solve the issue. However, this business model is so predatory that in order to fix THEIR OWN mistake, we had to buy my husband a NEW SKYLINE RING (yes!!!! we had to pay extra $860 dollars to get THEIR mistake fixed) and return the WRONG RING they sent us. I accepted the thinner one because I was done waiting further, and told them to refund me the difference in the gold price. It took 5 weeks until we received the refund, in a simple e-mail. The refund which was also wrong! Since my 3mm ring costs $608 and the 2mm ring costs $520 and they gave me $60 back. This was the most absurd thing I've seen in terms of customer service. Please do not waste your time and money...

MULTIPLE delays with the oder for the SAME reason "measurement for the setting was wrong coz it was made from a third party". I canceled the order in April 2023 (that gave them 2 months of production for A RING but they kept delaying and delaying). I postponed my photoshoot, my party coz the ring was never done. They said they can't do a faster refund because it has been more than 30 days since my order was placed (and I wonder why it was this long, I should have canceled this since the very beginning instead of giving them many chances to make it right). In short, as of today, June 1 is tomorrow, no ring, no refund (refund hasn't been done at all). They literally implied "you don't get the ring with us, you ain't get it any where else coz I have your money". have no idea why they got recommendations, whereas this is my experience with the...

I asked the girl at the door if they were still open and she didnāt acknowledge me, turned her head and motioned to another employee. After waiting for a response, I asked her a second time and the other employee was visibly annoyed and rolling his eyes. She finally responded and asked what I was looking for and I told her bracelets and that we were just looking. She gave us more hesitation and then finally said it was okay to come in. At that point, I already wanted to walk out and the other employee completely ignored us as we walked past him. Nobody told us where the bracelets were that I had said I was looking for and I finally asked if they sold bracelets. The girl at the door pointed them out to us but we just ended up leaving. This is extremely disappointing especially because we have shopped here before and had a great experience with another employee...
