Came into the store with my boyfriend on July 19, 2018 just being adventurous and window-shopping around. My boyfriend and I were all gross from walking around in the heat, we're a young couple (19 years old, 20 years old), and I was dressed extremely casual with no makeup and no jewelry on. Even though it must have appeared obvious we didn't look like potential buyers, the security guards inside were warm and smiled and greeted us when we walked in. The sales executive, Demond Monteilh offered us water and was so amazingly kind and informative about the jewelry that Harry Winston's had to offer. He answered all of our questions and walked my boyfriend and I throughout the whole store for over an hour. He let me try on rings and the whole experience there made me feel like royalty for that blissful little hour. I will Always remember my wonderful experience here. We found my engagement ring here after searching for it for a few weeks. Maggie helped us select a ring and go through the process of sizing it appropriately. More than 2 years later we came by to have the ring inspected and for maintenance since we were in the area. Ariel helped us out this time.
