Famous Footwear — Local services in Hutchinson

I have always loved to shop for new shoes at famous footwear, but going into the store in Hutchinson. I've lost total interest. I spent 2 hours in there and not a single person wanted to help me. When I asked for help the associate didn't even know what kind of shoe would me the best for me. After 2 hours of searching I finally found a pair with absolutely no help from any associate. They lied to me by saying everything they had was on the shelf, but then later informed they had the other sizes which I already knew because I looked it up on the website. I would rate them 0 out of 5 stars but it does not allow me to do that. I am not pleased with my experience there and will not be going back to that...

So, I walk into this place in the middle of a somewhat empty mall in Hutchinson, Kansas and am immediately overwhelmed with the smell of brand new shoes and a feeling of utter happiness at the cleanliness of the place..without really paying attention to what I'm doing, I fall over a bench into a display of Nikes and bust my head on a shoe horn..this lady comes running over offering assistance and wraps my head in a Puma sock tied to a sanitary napkin..at first I was disgusted, but the blood stopped so I would shop there any...

The cashier, Caleb, made our experience very stressful. We came in to get kids shoes and he followed us around, re-stacking boxes and shoes while we were still trying the shoes on. Then our kids needed to test out the shoes and he barked at them for “jumping” around. We almost walked out without purchasing anything. My hope is that whoever is working there would wait until customers are done shopping and cleaning up the aisles before they come through and...
