If I could give them zero stars I would but it won't let me. My first experience in Ollie's in Hutchinson Kansas was good. Today my experience was horrid. Staff standing around with 10 customers in line and then when I finally got to the cashier after standing in line for 20 minutes they refused to give me an item for the price that it was marked. When I told them that I expected to have the item for the price that it was marked the manager came over (an older lady with white hair) and said she would not give me that item for the price that it was marked I said I expect you to you guys marked it that price I expect it at that price she refused and very rudely "I'm not giving it to you for that price". So my $200 worth of purchases that were on the counter was pushed towards the cashier and I said "here just keep it all if you are not going to give it to me for the price that you have it marked". The manager was horribly rude treating me like a 2-year-old and rudely "stated this isn't necessary" So I walked out. I waisted my time. The cashier was horribly slow one Adam at a time stacked on top of the counter then after the customer paid she put it in a sack what happened to bagging as you check it out. Tried to call corporate to complain got a recording put on hold and then I got another recording to leave a message so that my call could...

Great prices! I once bought family packs of tollhouse chocolate chip cookies.53¢ It was a doorbuster deal. I also like their bedding section. I have bought several sheet sets and a comforter set from them. If something doesn't look quite right with the product ask a manager to mark it down. I will be back to purchase some gardening equipment and birthday gifts for the kids as they have a decent selection of odds and ends. Good stuff cheap says it all...

The prices here are reasonable enough that I can buy things not in my budget for my grandkids and take them to them. I can also supplement my groceries and spices at an affordable price. The food is just as good as at the other stores in the area, at a lower price. I could rave all day about the carpet and padding we got a couple of years ago.
