Panda Express — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I'm a fan of Panda Express, I go to Panda almost every week as I travel for work. I've been to many branches around the country and always enjoyed their food. However something specially different about this location. I ate here two consecutive days; first day I've noticed they have unusually large amount of food in their warmers which is unusual for Panda. Usually they'll have enough and they'll make it as needed, but today their dish is piled high and it wasn't even busy. I ignored signs as I really like their food. The second day I went back for dinner, this time much earlier at 3pm. Dinner hasn't even started yet and rush hour won't start till later that evening. Once again they have their food pile high!

Later that night I started feeling Ill, I vomited multiple times and a severe case of Fever, definitely a signs of food poisoning! I should have known the first day when I saw all the food, they keep the food longer than required!

I would caution anyone going here, if you see the food piled high, avoid it like a plague. I know the food poisoning might be random but keep in mind, food kept longer and sits in an open air is likely to contract Bacteria!

WORST EVER, AND WE ARE DONE WITH THIS PANDA!! Went on a Saturday eve 7ish. Typical long drive thru line. Get up to order at speaker and NO WHITE OR BROWN RICE! Was told 40 minutes ?????? So my husband was out of luck for his dinner! So ordered for myself and my son. Get to the window and the employee at the window wouldn't even open the window all the way and they are ALWAYS EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!! I get it, it's cold as heck but hey I can't help the weather and I PAID FOR THE FOOD! They proceeded to SQUEEZE my bag of food through about a 4 inch space! Get home with the food, opened up the box with 2 entrees and 1/2 chow, 1/2 fried rice. It was all over the place! Same with my sons bowl! All because they were too lazy to OPEN THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW! And even worse than that- I counted how many pieces of orange chicken (I got orange and honey sesame) I had....6!!!!!! THEY ONLY GAVE ME 6 FREAKIN PIECES OF ORANGE CHICKEN!!!!! WHAT THE HECK!!!!! This place has SERIOUSLY GONE DOWN HILL!!! CORPORATE NEEDS TO STEP IN ON THIS PLACE!!! OBVIOUSLY, MANAGEMENT THERE DOES NOT CARE BECAUSE WE HAVE ALWAYS HAD AN ISSUE EVERY TIME WE GO! Terrible experience, a lady name Carly Nichols is very rude, not a sense of customer service at all, I've been going to that location for a few years since is near by my house and my 9 year old son like their food, I feel like going through the drive thru is easier so they put a good amount of food most like is on the pictures. When I walk inside to dine in the other my son's kids meal with noodles had hardly any noodles so when my son ask for a little bit more a bad Attitude from Carly scooping 3 pieces literally 3 pieces like she was upset or somehing so I asked her politely for a little more she roll her eyes on us and said that was the amount stop and said NO very rude and got an extra container telling me if I want more ..literally giving a attitude for no reason, that's not a good customer service, I understand about amount of food and people trying to ask mrore and more however this was not the case.
