Kako Claw — Local services in Jackson Township

This Kako location is terrible. We commonly go to the Strongsville location and the wins are much more common. This location’s payout is nearly impossible and its trade in prize “prices” are set ridiculously high in comparison. As a comparison we won 10 plushes with 100 coins at Strongsville and barely won 6 with 100 coins in Canton. In addition, we help advertise Ohio based arcade businesses - and this is one we will not be recommending. It’s sad because it was very cutely decorated, larger than Strongsville, and very clean but the claws in comparison have their payout set...

When we first walked in I asked for information on how it worked and the employee was not very nice and unhelpful. Almost impossible to win something. Bad quality claws and you will notice the ends of the claws are missing the white grippers (some of them missing just one, some missing all). The claw machine would grab the toy and lift it, then it would drop it while it was moving to give you the prize. 😢 Also, the key chains were too heavy on one end, so it would make it to the box where it gave you the prize but got stuck. My family and I visited the Beldan location today for my daughter’s 17th birthday. We’ve been before during homecoming dress shopping and had so much fun! Both kids won two plushies and each a key chain and spent $20. We wasted $30 and didn’t get a single prize. Workers kept walking around doing things to machines.
