Hobby Lobby — Local services in Jackson Township

I would usually have nothing but good to say about hobby lobby im obsessed with this store and love the large variety...BUT today i was followed by a worker named [ KIM ] , up and down and all around every single isle in that place hearing her huff and puff over stuff being out of place not by me or my kids tho, but she kept staring and stalked us the entire time we were there (over 45 mins) it was insane && then she had the nerve to tell my daughter to put something back when she seen it in her hands...BUT I TOLD MY DAUGHTER TO PUT IT IN THE CART BECAUSE WE TRYING TO BUY IT !! UNREAL! My kids were so scared and confused why she was doing that they literally thought she was going to hurt them (the faces she was doing to them and i were out of this world). Also while i was checking out i told the cashier her name and what she was doing and the lady shrugged it off sooo im sure nothing will change. Next time i will make sure we go somewhere me and my kids are being harassed...

I went to purchase a piece of furniture and noticed that the bottom tray was cracked. I wouldn’t have worried if it was just a surface crack, but it went all the way through. I asked the manager if she was willing to take any off for the crack and she said no, but they could order me one in. I had no problem with that and was grateful I could get one ordered. I continued to shop and after checking out on my way through the front lobby, I noticed that same piece had been put back on the floor with the cracked piece. There was no note saying it was damaged, so now someone else with maybe not such a keen eye was going to end up with it. I guess I’m just disappointed in Hobby Lobby who builds their company on honesty, integrity, morals and not being like the rest putting known broken furniture on the sales floor after being made aware of an issue. I am a crafter so there are certain things I need to buy. I love this store and its the closest location to me. It seems like things were in the same spot but all things I purchase were moved around, mind you I buy the same things everytime I go there. This location is obviously racist and stereotype customers. Everytime I come here a employee follows me around like I'm stealing or trying. I mean white people steal as well. Sometimes I dont even have my purse so where am I going to put things? This time there was this lady following me through every aisle on the other end. When I turned around she did, thats how i knew for sure she was.There was one point where I was walking around for like a good 30min trying to find the item I usually buy and no one ask me if I needed help finding anything. Like if you don't want me in your store give customer service and help me...
