Where do I even begin….
We went in to get new phones and start service and my phone was never fully ported over. I was also told they would give me a credit for my trade in which then ended up being $500 less than what was communicated in store the day prior. After two weeks of service with ATT, I received a $400 bill, no credit for trade ins ($1700 value of phones that just disappeared) and watches that were activated without our consent. Our bill was supposed to be $200 a month. But apparently the charges add up. The man working was rude, not helpful, and told me to come back in to deal with it (because managers don’t work Wednesdays apparently) to which I was not going to make a 4th trip back. I did make a 4th trip back porting my number back over to spectrum (immediately after leaving ATT) to which the same guy stated they wouldn’t take the phones back without the boxes. So now we have to make a now 5th trip back to this store which I’m sure returning the phones won’t go as seamless as they are stating it will be tomorrow. Stay far away from ATT and stick with reputable companies like spectrum
Update, it has now been a week. There is no refund for the phones we’ve traded in and now we are being given conflicting information on how to return the ATT phones. We returned the phones in boxes the next day after my initial review and was told to keep them until UPS shipping boxes were delivered to our home address. We were also told since we cancelled service and went back to spectrum, a refund for our trade ins would be automatically generated. According to the rewards dept representative, there is no refund return until we return the phones we have attempted to return back to ATT twice now. We are being told by over the phone customer support to enter into the store and request an invoice number and return instructions which I can almost promise doesn’t exist. At this point, we will be keeping the ATT iPhone 16s until we are given the money for our trade ins. An FCC complaint has been filed. We have had too many issues for only 2 weeks of ATT service. This...
Read moreI’ve dealt with hundreds of businesses and customer service for over 20 years now and have NEVER felt a need to write a review good or bad. However, the EXTREMELY POOR quality of customer service demonstrated by AT&T absolutely warrants a review. Over the last six months they have inflated our bill, we have called them to point it out and they always acknowledge their fault after an hour or two of playing dumb. Literally spent 10 hours just requesting to cancel my service!! Everytime I call them to cancel they either hang up on me or transfer me to some other department that ends up being “tone”. I don’t appreciate you wasting my time, I don’t appreciate you messing with my credit and my money, and I don’t appreciate your insincere BS when I spend an hour explaining to you how poor the customer service has been so you can just hang up one me or tell me to call back. As a business owner myself I find your companys customer service reprehensible and hope that you step away from your BS monopoly and actually care to provide a quality service that us hard working, diligent and attentive people deserve. Quite frankly your customer service is GARBAGE and you should be held accountable for it. I will never have a positive thing to say about your...
Read moreWent into store and was helped immediately by Jessica H. I requested a new charger for my S9+ and my Note 9. I was escorted to the charger section and quickly shown a set of chargers and cables. Jessica selected a pair of ATT branded 4ft and 6ft cables for my chargers. Once the transaction had finished and I was set to leave the manager on duty (didn't catch his name) let me know I could get 2 additional cables for free with the promo they're running, a buy 4 get 2 free. Jessica helped me select 2 additional 4ft cables and processed the transaction and I was out the door quick. When I got to the car and was going over what had been purchased I discovered that the 4ft cables were iPhone Lighting cables. I returned to the store, and had to unfortunately return the additional cables because they did not have in stock the USB Type C to USB Type C cables I needed in the 4ft length without having to ship them which wouldn't help me now.
All in all this store is very clean, and the team seems friendly and willing to help with anything you need. Just double check your bag before you leave and make sure what your sold is what is compatible with...
