Edit 1/16/25 The last two times I had wings, they were almost inedible. I don’t know what has happened, but the food quality has taken a downfall. I have pictures of the last two times I had wings. They were so small. I put a quarter beside them and they were almost the same size. The bones are sticking out and so un appetizing I couldn’t eat them. I order a burger couple days ago and it was so burnt, I couldn’t eat it and the fries were cold and stuck together. I’ve had the pretzels and they were so hard I couldn’t eat them. I’ve had the nachos and queso. It came out and the soufflé cup was almost melted, and it tasted like plastic. I’ve been a customer of Buffalo Wild Wings for 25 years. I’ve been to the Hilliard, Lancaster, Eastside of Columbus, Canal, Winchester, Grove city, campus, Dublin. This is the worst food I’ve ever had from there. I will continue to go there For the bar and the service, but I don’t know if I would it’ll be able to eat there again. The first two pictures are from1/16/25 and the rest were from 12/26/24
I ordered a burger to eat there. The staff was very friendly. I love the set up at the bar. I also ordered some boneless wings to go and it took forever. When I got home order was wrong. I called, and the manager was able to make it right. I will continue to go back because I like the atmosphere and the food is good. Mistakes happen, especially when it’s a brand...
Read moreWe have been to the Grove City, Ohio location 3 times since they opened. The first time it was ok, a little slow but we didn't mind. The next time we waited 45 minutes before we received our drinks so we left and went to Roosters. Tonight we were going to go to Roosters but the wait was long, so we decided to give it another try. The wait was 20 minutes which was ok. But after waiting we realized there were 8-10 tables open. Our server was great and got us drinks and our order right away but we soon found out that the wait was because the Togo orders were backed up and the kitchen needed time to catch up. When our food came out it was incorrect, behind for one of our friends and some was cold. Our server was able to make some corrections but it was still unacceptable. Including our wait time, we were there for three hours!! That is ridiculous! If the kitchen can not keep up with togo orders then they should stop until the kitchen is trained and able to handle it. It is more important take care of your patrons who want to have a sit down dinner than someone who is waiting for food to eat at home. Our server was great! We really enjoyed her. This review is not for her, it is for the kitchen and the management supporting them. This restaurant needs some serious help or it will not succeed. Unless you just want to to takeout. Next time we will go to Roosters where it...
Read moreWe had a party of 5 who came to dine in. The wait time wasn’t terrible because we just walked in. The length of time it took to put an order in and receive it was atrocious. It took over 2 hours to receive 4 house samplers, 10 traditional wings and pickles. The food we did receive was lukewarm or cold, and we were missing an item. When we spoke to our server, she explained how terrible the night had been going in back of house. We asked to have the manager to speak to them. The server took it upon herself to talk with the manager to advocate for the ridiculous amount of time we had been waiting. She came back with a 50% discount and suggested we ask for the kitchen manager so they could explain why there were long ticket times. We told her to go ahead and send the KM to the table. We asked that we be discounted even further. The KM said it’s against their policy to completely comp a meal if we were still going to eat it. What else would they expect people to do when they’ve waited 2+ hours for their food? Absolutely the worst dining experience we’ve had yet. The server was doing all she could despite the chaos apparently happening...
