If I could give a 0 I would. I come here alot. And to receive two bowls, With ten pieces of chicken in each, And to have the manager refuse to add any to it, When that is never what i've gotten before, And argue with me about it. Worst customer service ever. I will never be returning after that. If I wanted a bowl of Rice I would make it at home. I come for the Hibachi meat. Not the rice. She said you guys are Cracking down on your portion size, well four ounce laddle is not enough . People don't come for your rice they come for your meat. And the fact that she couldn't even turn around And add a half a ladle of chicken into either of my bowls and instead she argued with me is extremely poor customer service. It takes more than just talking nice to give good customer service In the food industry. I've worked it my whole life. If your company would have hired me when I tried to apply, you wouldn't be loosing a good customer because I WOULD HAVE MADE IT RIGHT FOR THE CUSTOMER, who is contributing to keeping your company running. I will be letting everyone I know of your "new" portion sizes, that doesnt even match to a whole portion size of meat . Such a horrible experience. All around .
Oh and just to point out, according to that manager she would get introuble for adding a little chicken to make a customer happy . Huh, I think she'd get introuble for arguing and not making it right for a loyal customer who specifically said they will not be returning now. She didn't even care. She said "okay ma'am have a good night" again ive worked in the food industry my entire adult life, that is NOT how you handle a customer complaint in the food industry. Maybe at a gas station. If this is how corporate is wanting their managers to treat customers, your company will not be open much longer. I receive better customer service...
ย ย ย Read moreI get their Steak and Chicken combo with all the veggies except the sprouts (I don't like those personally but if you do I'm sure they are good here) and I get fried rice. I love the regular flavor of everything here. But if you like sauces they do have Yum Yum and a Ginger sauce. I forget it's name but you can see for yourself if you like ginger. They also cook everything fresh after you place your order so it's not a bad wait time at all. On average about 15 minutes. The only reason I cannot give them all five stars is they're drink options are not good if you're picky like I am. The tea is hit or miss on even the best day and I haven't been brave enough to try the two flavors of juice-like drinks they have. But that's all they offer 2 juice flavors, their "tea" or water. So I would advise bringing your own drink when you go. The food by itself is enough to go though and the portion is huge so I always am able to save it and it heats up just as good as it was on the first day! Also just a note they cook the veggies really well and I love their zucchini, mushroom and onion combination. I like this place better than Bibibop because it sits better on my stomach and it's filling. But don't just take my word for, you gotta try this place for yourself. It's...

The perfectly cooked and seasoned meat was the star of the show, offering a tender and juicy bite that left me craving for more. The freshness of the veggies added a refreshing element to the dish, perfectly complementing the flavors of the meat.
The flavorful rice was the perfect base, absorbing all the delicious juices and enhancing the overall taste of the meal.
