I am giving 5 stars only because I can’t give 10! Two and a half years ago, we bought a Tacori engagement ring from Meyers Jewelers for an upgrade. While we were not prepared to buy the diamond (approx. 2.5 carats) at the time, I wanted to be sure to get the mounting I liked before it was no longer available. Because it was the showroom model, it came with a CZ, so that’s what I’ve been wearing. We planned to get a lab created diamond and assumed (quite wrongly) that the well-known online retailers had the best prices. In fact, we had ordered a diamond from one of them but five days later, we got an email from our credit card company that the order had been refunded (2 days before it was to ship)! When I called (which I shouldn’t have had to do because they should have called if there was a problem), I talked to two different people who gave two different answers as to why “the system automatically canceled the order due to a discrepancy.” I was very disappointed at the time but am so very glad now that that happened. I was looking at another diamond from another big online retailer and wanted to be sure it would fit my mounting, so I called Meyers. I talked with Scott. He said he would need to measure my ring to be sure the chosen diamond would fit. He also said I was paying way too much, so I went in. Scott helped me make a better choice in the characteristics of my diamond to save us money because literally no one would be able to tell the difference with the naked eye. He called his supplier in New York and told him what we wanted and that it was needed the next day. I returned and approved the diamond and Scott had it mounted and the appraisal done WHILE I WAITED to save a trip back. Not only was the diamond several thousand dollars less than the online retailers, I got to see it before buying, AND it is a “Hearts and Arrows” cut with perfect symmetry that provides lots of flash and brilliance. We could not be happier. We got the very best thing for us, for a lot less money, and exceptional customer service. Meyers Jewelers exceeded my high expectations. I strongly recommend them if you are in the market for any jewelry. They have a large showroom with a wide variety and are ready to help.

I'm so thankful to have found this place! If I could give them 10 stars out of 5 then I certainly would. My fiance was in search of a Tacori engagement ring and went to Farah Jewelers in Tuttle Crossing Mall because he saw they had some in their display cases. When purchasing the ring, he was even given a card saying they were an authorized retailer of Tacori. Apparently this was not true because when I went to get my ring resized, they sent it to their in-house resizer and basically destroyed the band. Tacori rings should only be handled by Tacori designers because the bands are so intricate. They're each handcrafted in California and my fiance knew specifically I wanted a Tacori ring. Now diamonds are popping out because the prongs had not been properly reset. I had only had the ring for about 3 months when this started and Farah told me the only thing I could do was to purchases their warranty to cover future issues. Each time I went into Farah, there were practically kids working (maybe even only 20 years old) who could not help me at all. However, when I went to Meyer's Jewelers to get a second opinion, they were super friendly from the start and they informed me that Farah is not actually an authorized retailer. It was most likely that they had sold my fiance "stock" items they still had prior to looking their retailers authorization. Jeff, one of the owners, actually called his Tacori rep and asked what he could do for me since the warranty Tacori gives was essentially voided because Farah used their in-house jeweler. He could tell I was flustered and in desperate need to get the ring fixed (my wedding was two weeks away by then). Jeff told me that he would take the ring and replace both of the diamonds and polish the ring for me in time for the wedding.....FOR FREE! Again, I have to say I'm so fortunate to have found them. They called only two days later and had the ring ready for me. I am looking forward to getting back from my honeymoon and taking it back to Jeff and his team to help me get it handled properly. I highly recommend Meyer's Jewelers. Great team. Great customer service.

On Tuesday I dropped two watches off to Meyers to have them sized. Both were just out of the plastic and had been ordered brand new. When I went to pick the watches up today, the jeweler had scratched both clasps by placing both watches in the same envelope without anything to individually protect them. They also failed to center the clasp on my watches causing them to fit improperly. One of these was over $2,000 new, so I’m pretty displeased by this. I would recommend that you look elsewhere for a quality jeweler, Meyers is not it.

I bought an engagement ring at a different locally owned jewelry store in the Short North of Columbus(Alexander’s) before hearing about Meyers Jewelers. I spent $7400 on the ring. I had numerous issues with their competitors ring. First time I got it the ring was sized way to big and had tooling marks all over the setting. I took it back and the jeweler agreed to make it right. Got it back and the ring had been resized...something that should never be done with a paved setting. This time the ring again had dents and tooling marks all over it, the white gold looked slightly yellow, and I could see where the ring was cut and resized, a side diamond had fallen out and was reset sideways. I then researched online for other jewelers in the area and found Meyers. I took the ring in and was immediately approached by both the owners who listened to my story about the ring. They started looking it over carefully even though I didn't buy the ring from them. They found additional problems with the ring and also noticed the ring was now sized too small and it was now an oval rather than a circle. They told me this was unacceptable and gave me a list of the problems to go back to the original store I purchased it from to get my problems resolved. They showed me their inventory in case I was able to get my money back and they were able to get the identical setting and had even nicer diamonds at a comparable price than what their competitor was selling. They were very upfront, honest, personable, and professional. Their store is very inviting and well-lit for seeing an honest view of their diamonds. Their inspection of my ring helped me in getting a perfect replacement from the other place I bought the ring from. They even called me the day after to make sure I got the issues taken care of and insisted on inspecting the replacement ring once I got it back to make sure everything was right this time. I should have just went to Meyers Jewelers to begin with. They are the very best jeweler in the central Ohio area...if not the entire state. Don't go through the headache that I went through and just go to Meyers first. They have the best quality selection, best staff, and...
