We were at Ashcroft & Oak today with a friend looking for her wedding band and had the assistant manager Katy Brothers. She was phenomenal, no pressured sales tactics, listened to what my friend was looking for... pulled options actually making it a very hard decision because she had so many wonderful things to choose from. Respectful personable just absolutely lovely she's a great employee to have for this business. My friend chose an absolutely stunning diamond wedding band that compliments her engagement ring beautifully. We came over to Ashcroft and oak after leaving Kay Jewelers in the mall because it felt sleazy and slimy with Kay's sales people using high pressure sales tactics. We told them what the budget was and they just kept pushing for things that were much higher and said that that we they would talk to the fiance once he got off work and talk him into it. They even wanted her to upgrade her entire engagement set she's not even married yet and they wanted her to turn it in and upgrade!!!!!! LIKE ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!??? All they wanted were sales.    Read moremy boyfriend got me a necklace as a gift in may of 2021 at a different location. the necklace broke january of 2022, which shouldâve been a red flag when it has only been 8 months of having it. we brought it to the canton location to get it fixed since he had purchased the âwarrantyâ or âinsuranceâ on it. i didnât get the employees name but he asked for my boyfriends name & phone number & i also brought in all of the information. he said that it would probably take up to 7 weeks & they would call us to come pick up the necklace. itâs currently april of 2022 & no communication. we decided to call & they said they could not find my boyfriends name in the system. so, he sent a picture of the receipt the man gave us when we brought it in to be fixed. he put it under the wrong name & wrong phone number. they have been calling some random number to come pick up the necklace during this 4 month period. iâm not sure how it even happens when i brought the paperwork of the insurance & verbal communication. highly suggest you get the receipt when leaving here & making sure itâs under the right name. we wonât be coming back to this location we will be going to the location we...

Kayla right from the beginning was great. She showed us many options and told us about the current promotion. After I picked the one I like I went to 4 other locations to shop around to see other options and to compare prices. This location not only had the best price but Kayla provided the best customer service and ultimately I decided to purchase my new G Shock from Kayla due to her fantastic customer service. You have got an amazing employee and should be proud to have her on your team. She even offered to clean our wedding rings as we were completing our purchase.
