I'm giving 1 star for the friendliness and professional demeanor of the staff. Otherwise this review would have 0.

I'm not a hard guy to please. Actually, quite the opposite. I don't give out negative reviews ever really. I believe this is my first.

This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

I purchased two shirts and left one here to be tailored, and planned on switching the shirts when the first one was finished. They told me it would be done Monday. I come by on Tuesday and it's not finished. I guess they made a mistake when writing the date to be completed, and they actually meant for it to be finished Friday. Okay, fine. Accidents happen, it's just a clerical error. While I'm there, I actually find two more shirts I like, and have them marked to be tailored as well. They say they'll be done Sunday.

I came back on Sunday, two days after they said it'd be done with the first shirt, and they STILL weren't finished with ANY of them. They started working on it right away, but I've already decided I don't want to have them tailor them any more. I'll take the shirts elsewhere. They did offer to do them for free, but at this point I don't trust them to deliver. I have them bring me all three shirts which they had already started to tailor. In their frenzy to get the shirts back to me, they did a horrendous job of putting the shirts back together. The cuffs were coming apart with visible holes in the stitching, the seams in the back and down the sleeves were sloppily thrown back together, and there was loose thread everywhere. Keep in mind, I needed these shirts for my new job, and they were the only shirts I could wear. I didn't discover any of these problems until I put one on after arriving to work. That was embarrassing.

I've now driven 45 minutes to the Towne Center location to have them fix this location's problem. They, too, were very professional and very helpful. They exchanged the three shirts for three new un-butchered ones, and that's when we discovered that this location even failed to provide me with the right fit of shirt (around the collar, which I understand is not something you can modify). They got me the right size shirts, had them marked to be tailored, and are shipping them to my house when complete- all for free.

So I was screwed from the moment I walked in this place, since everyone that had something to do with my experience here is apparently incapable of...

My son and I had a wonderful experience recently (December 16th) during our hunt for the perfect suit for my son's upcoming wedding! He hoped from the start to be able to purchase a suit rather than rent it since it would be a good investment for future occasions. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the very first jacket he tried on fit perfectly as did the second one! Shane made the entire experience the most enjoyable it could be with his professional and attentive demeanor. He was great in helping my son pull everything together, down to the last detail...even the socks and perfect shoes! I honestly never expected such an important shopping trip to be so simple and enjoyable, yet I believe it was the wide array of choices we found there and Shane's expertise that makes us so happy we made Men's Wearhouse our first stop. Because of the exceptional care we received, I anticipate it will be my son's first choice for many years to come! Thank you...

Horrible service when returning an item where I had my receipt present… Was told that because I can not prove I was the original purchaser I would have to accept a gift card… I challenged the short caucasian female worker by stating; I personally purchased these dress pants for my spouse back in December with my debit card, and he didn’t like the slimness in fit (and since then I have a new debit card) because that previous card data was compromised and a new card had to be issue per VyStar! And when I purchased these no one asked for me to provide proof of my identity nor was I asked for my name, telephone number or email address! She rudely replied well ma’am I am going to refund you the cash this time which was only $32.00! Will NEVER purchase anything else from this RUDE representative or establishment within this location! Just unprofessional and obviously starving to...
