I signed up with Atrium a year ago. I'd just gotten out of grad school and wanted a temp job until I found full time employment. I have 10 years of admin experience and had a great interview with them. They were very enthusiastic and assured me they'd find something for me right away. I said I'd be fine with anything they found me, from a one day gig to long term employment. I thought they'd find something for me pretty quickly. Wrong! They haven't called me in for a single thing in a year. I kept in contact with them the first couple weeks and they were very apologetic and kept saying I'd get an offer "super soon." Again, wrong! I found my own full time job, with no help from them...it's crazy to me that I was able to find my own job and work there 7 months and STILL I've never even been offered a one day temp job from Atrium! In all these months! They're full of bright and bubbly promises, but no actual job offers (temp or otherwise). Heard great things about them in NYC. Too bad their NJ office seems to be a joke. Or a scam. Something's off here...don't...

I would recommend anyone who is just looking for work for the time being to use LinkedIn or apply for a part-time job for the time being. The people over at Atrium will place you into roles that are far away or are small business owners who just need someone for the time being and then look to let that person go. Overall I don't recommend Atrium they blow. They won't even contact you after a company has let you go. Trust me you will never hear from them again lol. As the old saying goes its about the money. If they can't make money off of you then you...
Read moreYou get 56 hours off for the whole year. They only pay hours in increments of 4 and 8. I had an open ended contract and the company gave employees a 3% raise and a 5% raise in the same year. I tried to get my rep to negotiate a raise after being there a year and all she did was send the email to my supervisor at the company and never followed up. I had to fight for my own raise for months before I just started applying to jobs there. The benefits package is expensive. I went through 4 different...
