JP Morgan — Local services in Jersey City

I paid $100+ more for an extremely restricted ticket than my friends paid for theirs on the exact same flight because I used Chase Rewards. I tried to get on standby for an earlier flight, but I was told NO because Chase charged more money for less convenience. A few weeks ago, we went in to apply for a mortgage. The agent requested paperwork, which we copied and brought. Then she never called us. I called and left a voicemail. No response. I called again and got her, but she "never received' my voicemail. She said she was still waiting on something and would call me back. She never did. Now we have gotten approved for a mortgage from a different lender. It took less than a day. You would think being a 10 year account holder with numerous accounts would matter. It's extremely unprofessional to not call customers back after we've reached out to you three times. But I'll stop.
