I believe the name of the salad i literally just bought is called chicken adobo lime. If i could give another star i would most definitely the taste is unbelievably delicious. Its as if the lettus has been marinating for some time, the thing is it hasn't its the beautiful blend. Of tortilla chips with lime marinara the corn and let us not forget the chicken & black beens, diced tomatoes to the diced onion an green bell peppers. Cosi is where its at from the first bite i knew my purchase was well worth it make sure you get the free slice of bread its like its perfectly seasoned. This by far is a meal worthy of a recommendation, i most definitely will be back. I go there time and again since it's close to work. I like their signature salad and if the bread is fresh, it's good. I like their squagels and margherita pizza. But overall I find them pretty expensive. The layout is quite confusing unless you are a regular. I had found customer service OK so far until I went there one weekend. We got the margherita pizza and were happily comping away when my husband bit into some hard piece of something. It was a white piece of "don't know what", not that hard but hard enough. I took it over to the cashier. She looked at it and said it looked like a piece of tooth. And then said everything here is freshly made, we bring the dough in at noon. Well, so? I have been fan of cosi ever since it opened it jersey city but now their quality has gone down and after today’s experience , i would never ever eat here. I ordered a large soup and 2 sandwiches and i was charged for large soup.When i opened the box , it was half filled. I went back and was told they were out of soup. Why would u charge me for the full soup or atleast tell-me you are out of soup????? Since I am long time customer i know soup comes with complimentary bread and full sandwich come with chips or carrots. I again went back and asked and she only gave me one bread. Third time i had to ask for chips again bcoz i ordered two full sandwiches. Cashier lady was very rude and not even a word of sorry that she messed by so many things. You guys are CHEATING your customers . Horrible...
