9/21/24 customer service is not for everyone. I have never been treated so rudely as I was this past weekend from the store at 421 Nichols Rd, Kansas City, MO 64112. I've considered my love for Pandora as a membership into an exclusive club. I have purchased charms across this nation and internationally. I purchased a pair of tge gold hoops online to be picked up at the store. I gave myself 45 minutes to pick them up 20 minutes away. However, I didn't account for the accident on the freeway. So I called and informed the store that my GPS said I would be there 5 minutes before closing. I explained who I was and that I only wanted to pick up the paid for order. Well, I also had not accounted for the street bring closed due to the art festival. At 2 minutes till i saw the door and called again. While on the phone with the store, I reached the locked door at 7. At 7:01, the employee came to the door and apologized that they had closed. I explained that I was the lady on the phone and asked if I could just be handed the paid for package. She checked with her manager her appeared to have just started closing. The manager said no. Now, if you know Pandora, their primary registers are ipads. I'm not saying I couldn't have planned better. I am saying that a little more consideration for the effort made should have been made. While at the store talking with the attendant, she took an extra 5 minutes to talk to a person about a Chiefs charm. She was cheery and explained in detail how they could get it, but not that day. In that 5 minutes, she or the manager could have handed me my earrings. But again, they refused, closed the door, and walked away. I will continue my love of Pandora, but I canceled my order will never stop this...

The thing is the bracelet was a bit snug… This is why I gave them three stars.. I was provided multiple solutions except exchange in that moment..after I left, I even called to double check that if I could do an exchange…(I had spoke with another store, who said an exchange is doable)…Basically Pandora at Club plaza told me to wait until it shows on my account w/n 24hrs or wait the allotted return time policy (I told them I don’t have an account , it was a gift) even though I had the email receipt…So I had to go to Oak park mall (30min drive) for them to do a blind exchange that took less than 10mins.. Read moreThey have some of the worst customer service people I’ve ever dealt with the lady told me I could exchange the ring if I didn’t end up liking the sizing I wore the ring out so I didn’t end up getting a bag. Well, here comes a week later I come back to change the sizing And I can’t because it’s been “ worn and damaged “ I wore it the one time out of the store and it was to big so I kept it off. She told me to call customer service because they are gonna be more lenient than her, but the ring isn’t even damaged or worn. If I knew I was gonna have an issue I would’ve told her I’m not gonna wear it out of the store. First and last time shopping at this store and all Pandora’s….
