Okay I have to come here and express how much I adored this place. I haven’t got my hair done in 3 years because I struggle to find a salon I like but at the same time I also get anxious about trying someone new. But I finally took the gamble and found this place, and since the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with nothing but warm and welcoming vibes! I could tell I was in good hands so my salon anxiety immediately went away! I showed Erin(the owner) and Lexi (my stylist) the picture of what I wanted and they immediately said they could help me achieve this look. Lexi did not disappoint! Turned out exactly how I wanted and in a very timely manner! The salon itself is such a vibe and has a lot of heart and soul in it! & they use all Kevin Murphy products so that alone should be enough to get you into this salon! I went there last night to get a haircut. I was able to book an appointment before hand and only had to wait a couple hours before they had an opening for me. The shop is professional and looks amazing. The art on the walls and decor give you plenty to look at. My stylist, Lexi, was absolutely perfect! She was so nice and asked me lots of questions to make sure i was getting what i wanted. Within an hour ahe had my hair washed, cut, dried ans styled. It looked amazing and i also talked to her about possibly doing some color in the future. There was another customer there getting highlights and hers looked stunning! And their prices are very reasonable. Plus its in a good location downtown, near the power and light district. I will 100% be going to only Lexi from now on. I would highly recommend this salon. Absolutely butchered my hair during my last visit, which is unfortunate because I simply went in for a dusting/trim to maintain the health of my hair while we focused on length. This was all well communicated as I was a regular. Prior to my last appointment, all of my hair was one length, a blunt long bob. After my appointment the sides of my hair were about 4/5 inches shorter than the back and uneven. Unfortunately, that’s still the case. There’s a complete drop off between the sides and the back of my hair that looks terrible. When I walked in my hair was well past my shoulder length all around, and when I walked out of the salon, the side sides of my hair was to my chin, I cannot even get the sides to stay in a ponytail which is something I’ve literally never struggled with before.
