Spent $30 by myself and was pretty disappointed. I got ramen, 2 egg rolls, and a white peach tea. The I thought it was real tea. This was straight up syrup. I tasted it and it tasted like pure hyfrutos corn syrup. I tried just adding a little to my water and then I saw the whole mixture was thick like syrup. Egg rolls were nothing special and I hate when places have the basic red sauce as a dipping sauce. Ramen was fine. Middle of my egg was really cold and not prepared properly how it’s suppose to be for ramen. I’ve been to probably 30 different ramen shops from coast to coast. This one’s probably in my Bottom 3. Makes me sad because it’s the closet one to me here in KC, but I’ll go further to have a better experience. Also, they have a microwave on the bar and they were turning it on every 2 minutes. What are you heating in a microwave that frequently? If you really want some ramen, just stick to the ramen and get it to go. I would skip any other offerings here in the future.

Honestly this ramen shop is so good. You go in and get a couple of paper slips to mark your food and/or drink selections. I did the "Create your own ramen bowl" for $13.50. It was prepared relatively quickly and was made 100% to order. It was so flavorful and delicious. I ordered my broth at hot for the spiciness level and it was just right. On a side note, I tried the broth from my boyfriend's bowl (ordered mild spiciness) and it was very pleasantly flavorful too. The service was quick, attentive, and kind and always kept our fountain drinks filled. I didn't try the boba tea this time but will in the future. The table next to ours had ordered one and it did look delicious. I'm hoping to drop in on a more regular basis. Definitely recommend if you're craving a good bowl of ramen.

I tried this place for the first time today. I searched for ramen places near me and they had great pictures of appetizing dishes. I placed my order through their online ordering link and expected my food to be ready by the estimated time. Show up, the food hadn’t even started being cooked yet. They worked on it quickly and it didn’t take long. We live a few blocks away, however by the time we got home our dumplings were already cold! Okay, but how did it taste? Overall I had mixed feelings about the ramen. Don’t get me wrong, it tasted good. Somehow, it lacked flavor and the noodles were not that warm. Our dumplings were delicious! Cost wise, I thought it was overpriced. We might try this spot again and give them another shot.

Group of us ventured out to this place during the Chiefs AFC game. Was pleasantly surprised to see there were only a few people dining here. We sat at the back of the dining room. No greeting at all. Everyone’s first time here. Ordered the Ramen, fried rice, crab Rangoon, bbq pork bun, scallion cakes, edamame & spring rolls. We had the lemon tea as well. The service we received was extremely slow. Food was delivered in intervals. One of my colleagues was almost done with her ramen and had let the server know that she had ordered scallion cakes to go with her ramen. The server rudely replied “They aren’t done yet!”. These are smaller portions of ramen than I am used to. The appetizers appeared to have been frozen. Certainly not fresh. 3 tiny fried spring rolls. $4 a bbq pork bun with a very thin slice of pork $4. The scallion cakes were yummy and a good portion. Crab Rangoon… nasty no flavored premade. You’re better off skipping the appetizer's. You can get a nice burger for what I paid for the two bbq pork buns. $14 for a bowl of ramen this size is ridiculous. Overall I would not recommend this place. We were on a lunch break and thought we would have fast service. Instead our server seemed very stressed and inconvenienced. She was also handling to go orders. We were told to pay when we were done. When I went to pay I asked for a to go container and the server more or less threw it at me. The facility was clean, but there was a slight sewage smell. Customer service is not their strength. I could only imagine what would have been my experience if it were packed! My advice is to try Pokesan next door. We loved our experience when we went on Saturday. Gentleman was very helpfull & friendly… and always accommodating. Food was excellent and fresh! Even a refill on our ice tea. We went back to T-Mobil and shared our experience with our other...

I'm new in Town and love exploring new Ramen spots when I have a free day. This place has a bit more of a ho-dunk sort of vibe to it in the best sort of way.

I'll start off by saying that out of the three Ramen Places I have tried so far, this one takes the cake. The portion is decent size, the broth is really good, all the ingredients are exactly how you'd want them to be. It was Delicious. I've been to fancier places that have definitely let me down, so don't let the cover fool ya, this place is legit.

The order taker gives you a sharpie and two sheets of paper similar to a happy horror menu. You completely customize your Ramen Bowl and Boba Tea (though no boba ironically). They have a lot of options for the actual bowl as well as if you just want noodles or want some Appetizers.

I will say to the service, I recieved my pork bun and BBQ bun a bit after the actual Bowl and Boba, though not too much of a knock.

Only other negative was the parking. In the back there's paid parking, the side of the building leads you to believe you can park there, but it's a huge tow zone demarked by several printout signs once you walk into the restaurant. I ended up re-parking on the sidestreet and luckily the coin machine said it was free parking at the time.

All in all it's now...

The first time I tried this place they totally ignored me the whole time and when they finally took my order they never gave me my drink or appetizer. The ramen was delicious but kind of felt the service was so rude and uncomfortable. Took awhile for my food to arrive when there was only two other people in the restaurant. They even tried to charge me for the appetizers and boba that I never received. I gave this place another try because like I said the ramen was good and maybe they were having a bad day, once again came on a week day there was only three people in the restaurant and again felt like I was being ignore the Lady kept making eye contact with me but continued to ignore me she finally took my order and again the food was good but had to reach out to the server for my drink and she proceeded to slam it down next to me upside down and walked away I didn’t know why she was so angry with me. and I’m trying my best not to jump to the conclusion that they treated me this way because I’m brown. The other (white) customers were served quickly and nicely but me: I was treated like a nuisance.Really hope they can work on their customer service because their seasoning is so good but the service...
