Two Light Luxury Apartments — Local services in Kansas City

I am a local mobile business owner with several clients in the Two Light Building. I have been in and out of most apartment buildings all over the KC Metro and the Cordish staff is by FAR the rudest most difficult people I have ever encountered. In fact, they are the only apartment community that interferes with visitors to the property and are downright intrusive. My schedule is very tight and time sensitive so I don't have time to waste on employees on some power trip. Each and every single time I have visited clients in the building, I have been intentionally ignored to wait at the front desk while the staff carries on personal conversations and when I interrupted was told I could just wait until they were finished talking, been placed on elevators to nowhere on several occasions only to return to the lobby to ask they please send me to the floor requested. Harassed about not being on a clients "visitor list" like it's a prison. Stuck in the entry way because no one is at the desk to let you in. Had staff call my client's apartment while I am with them to tell them if I don't move my car they will tow me when I'm only there for 30 minutes. More recently I was asked to show my Drivers License! when I am a well-known vendor who has visited the building countless times over the past few years and that if I don't bring it with me in the future I will be refused entry... All clients state having the same problems with Cordish staff but complaints about nasty behavior of staff from even residents to management fall on deaf ears and the problems continue to get worse. I refuse to deal with the staff in Cordish properties ever again and will be instating a business policy specific to any requests for service from any of...

I recently had the opportunity to take a tour of the Two Light Luxury Apartments and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the property manager, Andrea. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the building and all of its amenities, and made sure to show me all of the highlights.

The apartments themselves are stunning. The design is modern and stylish, with high-end finishes and incredible views of the city. The amenities are top-notch as well, including a fitness center, rooftop terrace, and pool. Everything is impeccably maintained and it's clear that the team takes great care in ensuring that residents have an exceptional living experience.

One thing that really stood out to me during the tour was how genuine and friendly Andrea was. She took the time to answer all of my questions and was genuinely interested in making sure that I had all of the information that I needed. It was clear that she truly cares about the residents and is committed to making sure that they are happy and comfortable in their homes.
