My hair used to get super frizzy and out of control, but I loved my long hair and didn't want to cut it short. I went to various salons, but all they did was make my hair shorter or layer it, although I asked again and again if they could THIN my hair and make it lighter, NOT make it shorter or layered. Then, two years ago, I discovered Belle Epoque. And for once a salon actually listened to me! I used to go to Natalie, but she moved to Arizona, and now I see Ryan, who is great! He makes my hair so shiny and smooth, and it never feels weighed down anymore. He always tells me what he's going to do before he does it and tells me what products he's using. I don't trust any other salon with my hair! And, the customer service is great. The front desk always offers me a beverage when I walk in and a piece of chocolate when I leave :). If you are looking for a salon that will listen and really cares about its customers, come to Belle Epoque! It's the best decision I've ever made...

If you go here, Katie Bobbitt did the most amazing job on my hair that I’ve ever had done! I had highlights and a trim done but I also tried doing balayage for the first time. She really takes her time and is very detailed about every piece of hair! I was her only client which I’m not used to when I go to get my hair done. I’m used to being squeezed in around other customers. Sitting off to the side while my highlights process while the hair stylist might squeeze in a few cuts. Not with Katie though. I was pampered and given delicious coffee and she makes a real good cup of coffee! She spent so much time on me and it ended up looking so perfect! She has quite an artistic eye and will help you understand what could make it look it’s best between the way it gets cut or colored. She is very knowledgeable and I would recommend...

The stylist didn't listen to anything I told her. I told her I DIDN'T want a stacked Bob..I told her I wanted my hair just above shoulder length. I'm so frustrated I just want to cry! I'm going on vacation in two weeks and all my photos are just ruined! She took me to a hairstyle I had 10 plus years ago that doesn't fit my style anymore and I specifically said I do not want! This was the first time I've used a new stylist in 18 years any only did because I moved.. uggh at this point I wish I would've drove 3 hours for a hair cut! I tried to like it at the salon but now that I've had a chance to do my hair myself I can truly see how short it is and it makes me sick. How could she get it so wrong?
