The worst Customer service EVER I have been shopping at Carters for years not this location (Town and Country ) the sales associate Hannah was a creepy racist Troll, she followed me around the entire time I was I was there,a store full of people and I'm the only African American,trying to shop like everyone else but the black person had to steal $7.00 Teeshirts right, there's a lady with a stroller with merchandise on the bottom of her stroller but she was left alone Hmm I wonder why maybe because her and dumb dumb Hannah shared the same color so she was automatically given the benefit of the doubt, She was so blatantly disrespectful and was not ashamed of her behavior, I gave her back the clothes I was going to BUY and called her on the BS but in true racist fashion she said I was acting suspicious because I had a bag and was looking at the clothes on the table, but the majority of the people in the store had bags and was looking at clothes on the tables, so then she says if I wasn't doing anything wrong we wouldn't be having this conversation, no we are having this convo because you followed me around made me fell very uncomfortable, disrespected and unwelcome.Carters is this the type of person you want representing your company ? Its going to keep happening because she fells like she's not doing anything wrong and entitled to this type...
Read moreIf I could give this review zero stars I would. Today I went to pick up my order that was a few hundred dollars worth ($300) of clothes which I had ordered online. As I was picking up my merchandise I asked the woman at the counter if I could have a paper bag with handles as there was a lot of merchandise to carry and I did not want to walk out of the store with a big box, she said I was not allowed a paper bag because they reserve those paper bag for online purchases/pickups. ????? My purchase was made online and like I mentioned above, it was a purchase that was a few hundred dollars worth. I must add that she did offer me a bag, two small plastic bags in fact when she could have given me one large paper bag with handles. She had already set aside part of my purchase in a paper bag and I was simply just asking her for another one for the other part of my purchase.
I would like to say to management that if this is your manager or assistant manager, please send her back to your headquarters and provide her a course on customer service. I was baffled that she knew my purchase was online, but said the paper bags were reserved for pickups. ????? Just a true example of poor customer service. I'm not a confrontation person, but I really did feel like saying something.
