This mall was so nice and easy to navigate! It’s very clean, not too busy, and has a very large food court with a variety of foods. Aside from food and cleanliness, there are so many stores and each have the best deals I’ve seen at an outlet! This mall quite literally has everything. It has a movie theater, bass pro shop, arcade place (with a carnival ride), and a go-karting place with many other amenities. My friend and her family were harassed and discriminated against at the Kristals Cosmetics kiosk. The girl working there asked them where they were from, then told them she wouldn’t sell to people from a country “that doesn’t exist on the map” and called them enemies. When she tried to report it, the security guy just made fun of her instead of helping. Katy Mills really shouldn’t allow this kind of behavior, no customer should have to deal with that kind of treatment.
