This had to be the worst shopping experience I have ever had in my life so far!! The sales associate approached me and my son as we entered the store to tell us about the specials and seemed like a nice older lady to me initially. My son and I picked out a bag for my mother’s Christmas gift and the sales associate offered to take the bag up to the counter. I didn’t think much of it and said ok. So we continued to browse and look for more gifts, and this lady was on our heels at every turn!!! Other customers entered the store, she briefly greeted them and then there she was back in our faces!! It was so obvious that she profiled us and was watching our every move! We picked up more things to purchase and she rushed over to “offer” us to take it to the register to which I declined at this point because I knew that she wasn’t just being nice. I did speak with a manager who said that she would make sure to let the sales associate know about the behavior and she did apologize to us for it. Whenever we checked out the young lady at the register asked us if we were assisted by anyone and I said to her yes but she practically followed us around the store the entire time we were there and she kinda smiled and laughed a little then she also apologized. I didn’t think it was funny at all, and probably should have not gone through with my purchase, but I do so because I did want the items and to let them all know that shopping was our intent NOT shoplifting!!! No one should be profiled in any store!! It’s no laughing matter either! This behavior is disgusting and ruined my shopping experience at this location! I will not return nor recommend it to anyone I know. So disgusting to know that people continue to judge others based on...
Read moreIf you want poor customer service, this is the store for you. I went to purchase Christmas presents for relatives and when I got to the counter I asked the cashier Daya if she could please separate the large tote bag I was buying from the smaller gifts I was purchasing, rudely she said no. She doesn’t smile or greet you when you get to the counter she’s dry , and standoffish. I explained to her that I wanted a separate bag because I wanted the purse to be in the bag on its own and she said “No I can’t give my shoppers away” you can go get a gift box. I asked is there even a gift box over there that will fit a large tote bag? I said I want to know before I purchase. I asked her to show me, she glanced at the table where the gift boxes are never walks over to it. She goes to the back behind the register and 1 min later she comes with a large gift box, so I asked you sent me over to that table knowing that there wasn’t a gift box large enough for me ? She said yeah. I said you know that if I would come in twice today you would have had to give me 2 separate bags right ? She says yea but you didn’t come in twice. I told her she was rude, she denied being rude. I regret giving coach any of my money. This is supposed to a luxury brand that offer a seamless shopping experience, Daya is not about that at all. She has a nasty attitude, you can tell she hates dealing with people and does not enjoy her job at all. I...
Read moreI’m only giving 5 stars for Yolonda! She was the only one who spoke to me after walking around the store for 15 minutes. I guess this Coach store doesn’t cater to African Americans. (Blacks) The funny thing was the other staff (White/Mexican) addressed every other (White/Mexican) customer which made the store appear to be full of WINDOW SHOPPERS and I was the only one in line to actually PURCHASE a Purse/Wallet! I told Yolonda which spoke to me while helping another customer I was actually walking out the door to leave when she addressed me while helping a customer. I give her five stars because even though she had a customer, she was showing “us” the new designs that just came out. We both bought the same purse/wallet. The other employees were greeting (white/mexican) customers who entered the store and attending to the store while I wondered around. Unacceptable I recommend if you want to buy a Coach product, go to the outlet off 290/99 area. They greet everyone. This is not the...
