Purchased a mystic quartz ring from this jeweller whilst on my Alaskan cruise. By the time I had finished dinner that evening on the cruise ship the stone had fallen out and was lost. I am furious! So far they are doing nothing to resolve the situation. Avoid this place at all costs

I’m adding a note to this review as the company are making out they resolved the issue in their response when they didn’t. They refunded me the cost of the gemstone (which didn’t amount to much) not the cost of the ring, so now I am the other side of the world left with a silver ring with a massive hole in it where the stone used to be. It’s useless!! The correct thing to do would have been to refund me the cost of the entire ring as the item fell to bits within a few hours of wearing it. Once again I reiterate the point that I don’t recommend this company. They did not resolve my issue when I had a problem and have left me with a piece of rubbish jewellery that I cannot wear. We were recently in Ketchikan on vacation and stopped by the store to get out of the rain. While there my wife found a beautiful pair of earrings. They gave us a great price that me as happy as well as my wife. I was looking at the Tag Heuer watches trying to see if they had a specific model in stock. At the time they didn't but we're willing to order it for me. They gave me such a fantastic deal on it I couldn't say no. They informed me it might take 2-3 weeks but, surprise, it arrived a week later. We cannot thank Vic and Tony enough for all of their help and the great deals they gave us as well as Jay for keeping me updated as to the delivery status of my watch. I stopped by Caribbean gems as part of an Alaska cruise, since I knew they were an authorized Omega watch dealer. The customer service was outstanding. There was no pressure to purchase, and all the sales folks were all super helpful. They ended up giving me a great deal on an Omega watch that I could not pass up. The transaction and overall buying experience was outstanding. I definitely plan on purchasing from them again...
