I can not say enough GREAT things about the drivers on the Boston tour.They are so full of knowledge, not only of the city's history but also how to get around. They entertain you with personal touches in the history stories. Our 2 favorites were "Bunker" who is incredible entertaining as he grew up in Boston and knows the city and people VERY well and "Hambone", who I can not say enough great things about. He was a pleasure to talk to and incredible kind. My hubby and I were the last ones on his bus at the end of the day and he brought us almost to the front door of our hotel. I then realized when we got to our room that I had left my cell phone on his bus. The 800 number got a hold of him and he called us back right away, he went out of his way on his own time and delivered my cell phone to me....who does that anymore? It just took the last driver of the day to ruin the tour experience in Nashville Tennessee. Normally these are great tours. However Rude Rick picked our group up after a tour stop and asked how the tour was. Rude Rick got an honest answer to which he replied our opinions was wrong and the tour was great then continued to excoriate me in front of a full bus of tourists about the opinion held. Rude Rick was passive aggressive obnoxious and condescending. If he didn’t want to know what we thought of the tour that he was picking us up from then he should NOT have asked. January 12...

My wife and I had taken a tour previously that we were very pleased with. However, For certain reasons of our own, we were not satisfied with one tour in Charleston. That aside, I am incredibly amazed at the professionalism and proper way they handled our situation. I even got a letter from the CEO today.
