I have fished with countless guides up and down the eastern seaboard and Captain Steven is by far the best. We've done offshore, reef and wreck and back country trips with him over the course of 12 years. Each experience starts out the same, he wants to know what our expectations are and what we'd like to catch.... and then he takes us out to catch exactly what we want. We had two days scheduled with him and before leaving after the first day we had set a plan for the next day's fishing. He called me at 9:30pm saying he was getting great reports on a different species and said he thought my wife and I would enjoy that trip more so we changed the plan and left a little earlier the next day and had what turned into one of my top 3 trips of my lifetime. Captain Steve was a great guide and took us to beautiful remote spots with great fishing, fitting your wants/needs. A true fisherman.

However, I was looking forward to all the cool photos and videos he took from the trip. Maybe I should have taken them myself - I didn’t expect to need to with how many he took. I asked multiple times before I got any, and after enough times he sent me a few of him with the fish and none of me with the fish and some other photos I was really looking forward to. Didn’t seem to care other than to get me out of his hair. Great experience, just wish I had some photos to remember it.

There probably isn't enough room to type all the positive things I could say about Capt. Steven Lamp. My husband and I have had the opportunity to fish with him multiple times over the years, and we always learn something new. Mostly we leave better fishermen (mainly me, and my casting skills). Steven is a great businessman running Dream Catchers, but he probably doesn't get enough credit for being an accomplished guide & fisherman. His knowledge of the fishery in KW is amazing.
