DO NOT SHOP HERE. They won't actually listen to what you want. I have a ring that was originally my great grandmother's with one large stone and 24 small ones... I just wanted a new setting for it because the one it was in was cheap. This was my engagement ring and I got it back in pieces because I just wanted my money back and original pieces after all of the hastle and heartbreak. They ordered a halo setting with pre-set, small(er than my original) blue stones around the large blue stone, I was already upset that they didn't/couldn't use my original stones like they said they could in the first place. Then when I got into the natural light, I noticed that the small stones around the large ones were a LIGHTER BLUE than the stone they sat around. It looked SO CHEAP. I couldn't even believe that they handed it back to me the way that it was. Mind you I never got one apology during this thing and I had to go back and forth about 4 times. On my reciept it clearly said "halo setting engagement ring for customers stones" STONESSSSS, plural. So no one bothered to double check or even call me during all of this "misunderstanding". When I tried to explain why I was so upset to the three people who work there, all I got were excuses to back up their mistakes. No empathy for their wrong doings whatsoever. THEN, the lady who originally took my order said "I thought we were saving the smaller stones from the engagement ring for when we re-set the wedding band...." my jaw just about dropped when I heard that lie because I SHOWED HER THE BAND I HAD, which had its own stones to use when that time came. I just recently took my 16 year old to all my life jewelers her birthstone being diamond but gave her range and her choice as to what she wanted. Sue was so helpful with her. So of course I bought a piece of jewelry for my self - mine was a bracelet with a heart and I had it engraved when I went back to pick it up I decided to have the other side engraved as well . She told me it would be the next day. No problem 2 hours after I left they called and said it was done the same day I was excited. While out and about for work I quickly stopped in the jewelers to have a gold bracelet repaired for my Mom. The gal who waited on me quickly sized up the situation and immediately attended to the bracelet. Upon entering i figured I'd have to leave it and make another trip back to Laconia from Moultonborough. To my surprise the nice lady not only immediately repaired it she said "no charge". What!!
