This is the cutest tea shoppe, right in downtown Laconia. The shop owner Heather is the easiest person to talk to, and she makes different herbal blends that you can choose from to purchase for at home. The energy and atmosphere inside Commune A Tea is calming and peaceful. I've gone twice already and have tried something new each time. I've seen tea cookies, danishes, macaroons, and there are also soups and crepes I'm so excited to try soon. There are options for everybody which is another great thing! Tea boba, hot and cold teas, coffee, pastries, and the best part is the gluten free options. Also, mostly everything there is organic (syrups, sugars, I think maybe even the actual tapioca balls are organic) which is INCREDIBLE! Even the boba balls are gluten free, so if you are gluten free or dairy free, try this place out because there are options for you! There's also a cute sitting area with a library section you can read in, and activities and bookswapping nights that I'm going to have to attend soon! It's just so cozy here. Definitely try the bobas, as they change weekly! And shoutout to Heather for considering adding the ingredient senna to her herbal arsenal, as I mentioned it helps with my digestion and she now considered adding it to her shop since senna is such an aid for digestive issues. Thank you for hearing your customers, and taking suggestions 😊

What a gift for the community! We had our first visit yesterday and will absolutely be returning. Commune a Tea is very spacious inside and so comfortable and inviting! The owner Heather is lovely. She was beyond patient and helpful with all of my questions about which herbs could benefit me. After deciding on our delicious organic teas we relaxed and looked through the extensive book collection. Great place to read a book, gather with friends or just relax in one of the many seating areas with a fabulous organic drink and snack. Before heading out we had a Happy Tummy tea bag created for us and grabbed some Boba to go! I can honestly say it was the BEST boba by far we have ever had! So excited about this beautiful new gem!

My mom and I visited Commune à Tea today, and we will absolutely be coming back! From the moment we walked in, we could feel the relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The teas we tried were absolutely delicious and presented beautifully. We each got a sweet treat—mine was a chai macaron, and my mom had a frosted cardamom cookie. Both were incredibly fresh and flavorful. We also tried the butternut squash and sweet potato soup, which was perfectly spiced, and the greens on top added a nice touch. This is the perfect place to unwind, with plenty of books and comfy seating to make you want to stay a while. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Have you ever wondered if a 5-star rating for a coffee shop is truly deserved? Well, Commune a Tea absolutely earns that and so much more! Heather and her wonderful team have created not just a remarkable tea room and coffee house, but a genuine community filled with like-minded, welcoming patrons.

From the exquisite selection of teas and coffees to the delicious food, charming ambiance, and even a lending library, this place is a must-visit when you're in Laconia. We stumbled upon it while needing a quiet spot for a work call, and Heather graciously welcomed us, offering a comfortable place to chat without any pressure to make a purchase.

an absolutely wonderful place. heather is such a joyful person and she's made such a cozy, comforting environment within her shop. countless different herbs that you can have combined in any way you'd like to have a tea perfectly suited to your tastes. she also offers specialty soups and crepes that are all so delicious. i genuinely have not had a single thing here that i didn't like.
