Took my family of four on Thursday evening. Dinner- We got there early (5:45) to enjoy dinner. Our server was tending to fourteen tables on his own (yes, I counted). Because he had a huge load he was not able to tend as much to us as we would have liked. We waited about thirty minutes for refills and seconds on lasagna. It wasn’t his fault, but they definitely should have more people waiting tables. The pizza and lasagna were decent. My kids had a ton of pizza left over and we asked for a box to take it home and they said they didn’t give out boxes. Our pop refills tasted like seltzer water, so we told the waiter and he said the pop machine was out of syrup. We paid $248 for this evening, and I will say we were disappointed in the service (not the waiter). We waited thirty minutes to get refills for an “all you can eat” and then to be told the pop machine isn’t working and no boxes to take pizza home. We also didn’t get a free child ticket… we paid $29.95 for our 9 year old. The show- The show was awesome! I grew up going to Ringling Brothers, it was not as awesome as that but Bello and his daughter put on a fantastic show!! i loved how they brought in songs from The Greatest Showman. I loved the video that they shared about the family history- don’t change that! Very cool show and great venue!!
When we purchased the tickets we were not told to be there early for dinner, they stop serving food when the show starts. Luckily my husband was browsing on the website and read the FAQ section. Otherwise we would have arrived at 7:00 very disappointed. I would recommend putting that information in bold in your confirmation email. Also, make sure you bring cash. They recommend you tip $7.00 per person to your server. (Yikes)
Overall, I think it’s a great show and a cool experience. I would recommend adding more servers and bring down the prices.

Read moreI have a 2 year old little girl I brought with to see the show because I am a single mother, and I have a 6 year old that really wanted to see the show. To begin, it took the cashier 10 minutes to decide where to seat us because I had a ‘larger’ friend with me, and they automatically assumed she couldn’t climb 3 stairs. They kept mentioning there were stairs and we are perfectly aware of it, so it was just annoying to keep being reminded that she’s ‘different’. She wasn’t in a wheel chair or anything. So they just assumed. Immediately they told me I couldn’t bring my small umbrella stroller in, So I had to take my daughter out of it and leave it in their office. My daughter is well behaved, when she’s strapped into a seat. But there were no high chairs or boosters offered, at a show that is mostly for children. So my daughter got ‘antsy’ after a while and refused to be held about an hour in. I had to have a friend come pick her up during intermission so the rest of us could enjoy the show. The price for food was pretty wild, we spent $70 on 2 beers, 2 bottles of water, popcorn, cotton candy and a pretzel that was microwaved lol.
Over all the show was great for kids, I just feel bad my youngest daughter couldn’t enjoy the show with us because there was nowhere for her to sit. So as a kid friendly show I really recommend having better seating options for smaller kids. Not every parent can just take the bigger kids and leave the smaller...
Read moreNeeded something different to do in the Dells for a fun weekend before school gets back in session. We picked this and were glad we did. Some of the acts are simple and silly but with many of the acts were high on the death defining category. We especially enjoyed Annaliese Nock and her performances which included her dad, Bello. Bello also happens to be the star of the show. Annaliese's stunts are surprising to be held in a theater vs. an outdoor venue. Same is true for the motorcycles inside the cage act too.
Congrats to this new show and welcome to the folks from Tennessee who brought this to the Dells. They advertised a Christmas themed holiday show that includes a meal before the show. We bought tickets and are looking forward to that come December. We're locals in the Madison area and this new attraction in the dells is a refreshing new act. We're excited to see this company grow and look forward to what new acts they'll have next year.
Also, worth mentioning that after the show, Bello and others were outside signing autographs, taking pictures and chatting with people. We chatted for a few minutes with Bello and it was surprisingly genuine - he was truly grateful for everyone's attendance. A lifelong Wisconsinite who represents...
