My friends and I come up to Lake Geneva once a year from Chicago and made our annual pilgrimage to Jayne. February is a great time to shop there because of the sales. Our sales person this year was Elaine Robbins. She was truly the most cheerful, helpful and intuitive sales person I have ever dealt with. She was wonderful in being there just at the right time, with the right questions. We are so happy with our purchases this year which included shoes, winter sale items and some great new stuff for spring. Just wanted to give a warm shout out to Elaine for the extremely enjoyable shopping experience and for all her help. If all sales person were as good as her, I would probably do more in-store and less on-line shopping. ...

MY GOD LOVE LOVE LOVE!! The shoes and clothes here are gorgeous!!! The staff will do anything to get you the right fit of shoe! I felt like a queen, and the women really uplift and encourage you throughout. We all need that. I love the whole experience. They even helped me when my zipper broke. Thanks to the staff at JAYNE. It was a very cute, trendy store but I was very unimpressed with the fact that they charge a lot more for bigger sized clothing. I looked at a shirt that was a size medium & it was $24.00, but the same shirt in an XL was $38.00. I was repulsed by that significant price jump. Felt like a blatant form of fat shaming.
