I just had a great experience at this post office location downtown. The lady will show you any kind of stamps that she has selection is slim if you’re buying book stamps, but she’ll take the time to show you everything. She’s super nice. Everybody is really nice and they mail the last collection time was 6 PM for the letterbox drop off collection. They also have PO Boxes . Which are super handy. FREE PARKING IN THR FRONT

Smallest and most unusual post-office I've ever been in. However this was the closest one to the strip and I needed to make sure I mailed and post maked my rescission letter for the timeshare I bought. The one clerk and only person I saw was friendly and remarked she has seen alot of people like me post marking certified mail to HgV clubs 🤣🤣 nice to know I'm not alone

Their address changed, in fact their address is 150, not 100, as a result, due to their negligence, they sent me a parcel to a different address and I didn’t receive it and I don’t know when I will receive it!!!

I've had a PO Box at this post office for over thirty years, including back when it was in the old building on Stewart Ave — now part of the Mob Museum. Over the decades, I've seen a lot of changes, but one thing that’s remained constant is the kindness and professionalism of the staff.

While longtime employees David, Sandra, and Nancy have recently retired (and are very much missed), the two ladies currently working there — including Pam, who I had a lovely conversation with today — have done a wonderful job of continuing the tradition of warm and friendly service.

The new building is a huge upgrade: it’s bright, clean, and modern. There's even a large parking garage now, offering great views of downtown Las Vegas. The small lot on the side is still available, and there's free 15-minute parking, which is great for quick visits. I don't know the new garage fees, but I parked there for free on a Saturday and made sure to be quick just in case.

Yes, the lines can get long sometimes — this location has always been a bit understaffed — but that’s not the fault of the employees, who truly do their best. They've consistently gone above and beyond to help with package questions, find the most cost-effective shipping methods, and patiently explain USPS procedures — even the frustrating ones like adding someone to a PO Box or dealing with price hikes.

I do a lot of shipping for second-hand Pampered Chef products, and I’ve found it super helpful to prep packages at home and print my own labels through PayPal. Still, whenever I need assistance, the staff has always been incredibly helpful.

I also really appreciate the small touches: the recycling bins in the lobby (perfect for tossing junk mail right away), and the fact that the lobby is open Saturday mornings. Limited weekday hours can be tricky, but I love that Google Maps will notify you if you're headed over during their lunch break — a really helpful tip!

A special shout-out to David, Nancy, and Sandra, who worked through intense summer heat when the AC was out, before operating out of a cramped trailer for nearly two years. They were real troopers, and I’m so glad to see the staff finally settled in a beautiful new space.

After all these years, I’m still proud to call this my post office. Thank you for decades of excellent service — and here's...

Honestly, I was nervous to go because in my almost 30 years of life I've never mailed something 😂😂 and because of all the bad reviews. But I looked at the reviews for the USPS stores across the city and they all have bad reviews 🤷🏽‍♀️ so I figured I'd go to the one closest to me. Dude, I had nothing to worry about lol. There was a line when I went in, but it was taken care of quickly. I admitted to the lady at the counter right off the bat I wasn't sure of how the process would work, but I wanted to ship something to return it. The lady at the counter was so kind to me, didn't make me feel rushed in any sense. Showed me my cheapest option, but still offered upgraded things. And made a lil bit of light convo while I was getting my things together, which honestly made me feel really comfortable despite how awkward I am so I didn't contribute to the convo much lol. Luckily no one was behind me, because I feel like the people in the line before me came in prepared and knew what they were doing so it didn't take long to help them vs the few minutes it took for me to get myself situated lol. I just think if you come in with kindness and patience, you will get that in return. I will come here again if I ever need to send...

Supervisor is an white Supremus. I'm 50yrs old I've never been mistreated so badly.. the Supervisor will not allow you to change your address unless you get permission from her to moved. She stole my money did not refund it since she didn't Rinder any services to me. If you in the downtown area be prepared to not receive no packages. I'm on life support and some of my medical supplies comes through the mail. The delivery person is super lazy. And will not attempt to deliver. He/she will pull up a cross the street and doesn't even get out the van and will mark your packages undeliverable. I have ask the post off if they have an problem with delivering packages out my location so I can make other arrangements to receive my medical supplies. I seriously believe they are trying to kill me on purpose. Because they know if I don't receive my medical I will die.. I have security cameras videos of staff lying and not even attempt to deliver. This is the worse area to moved to. It's not because of the neighborhood it's the postal employee makes everyone living in senior living hell. Their probably hundreds of elderly people dying because of this post office. Again they have tried to...
