02/14/25 Happy Valentines Day to all the George employees! We is back again!!! Thx for another wonderful dinner treat again. Loved the Marvelous looking Chicken pot pie and uniquely flavor Brussel sprouts side. Pot pie was wonderful smooth and way too big to finish. Salmon just melted in my wife’s mouth . Love you guys and thx for Becky our waitress as well as Micheal and Jared who attended us before dinner started at 4pm after happy hour. Thx Tana for accommodating us earlier to get our booth. ************************* Wow a very pleasant jewel downtown Vegas . I never knew this restaurant existed for last 20 years. Modeled after the in San Francisco I was told . Kristy was and excellent sever and ever vigilant. Tana the manager was very friendly and runs a very nice establishment. Enrique the Chef prepared a wonderful lunch. My turkey club sandwich was beautiful and a most generous portion. The giant asparagus was tender all the way down the stamps and grill at the last minute. Best I ever had. The warm sourdough bread was soft butter scoop surrounded by a pleasant spiced sauce. A great different taste from my pallet. The fries were seasoned wonderful and waffle cut sweet potatoes were plain, soft with a light crunch. My wife had a side of chicken, which was yummy and cooked to perfection grilled and seasoned perfectly When one partakes from Triple George grill your valet ticket is free when you park at the Grand Hotel downtown Vegas .You can tip Valet any amount by scanning the barcode the restaurant sticks to your parking stub. Normally parking runs 20/25 dollars. Thank you “Triple GeorgeGrill “for a wonderful afternoon meal . Looking forward to trying your wonderful mind blowing extra large Chicken pot Pie with the thick snowflake light crust in the future. God bless and Merry Christmas to all. Jesus loves you!

Okay, well the total experience was well quite frankly abysmal. Promised a booth, not available. Upon checking in a total lack of caring or appealing invitation. Complete confusion, or just complete incompetence. Sorry to be so harsh, but true. We waited for our booth, no communication, we were left to wonder. Then no booth available, go to this annex room, which was completely empty sans us. We looked in, and no one showed us a table. So what? Just pick one I guess. We sat and waited for 5-10 minutes, finally a person gave us water. Then came our server with the menus. No discussion, no interaction just here you go. Finally we ordered our meal, slit a ribeye (more to come on that), a shrimp cocktail, and macaroni and cheese. The dramatically overpriced shrimp cocktail cam and was plopped down unceramoiniously, without a word, and was terrible, small, watery, and bad. I ordered a glass of wine the only one I would have all night, not for lack of wanting another, just no service to be had. Our ribeye came on a plate, no offer for cutting, splitting nor were other plates offered. We had to ask for plates. Our server, AOL. I wanted pepper for the oh so plain Mac n cheese, I spied some on the server station which I retrieved. Began grinding when the server showed up and took the grinder from me and ground more which I said I didn't want, not another word and left. The last time we would see her until the check. The ribeye, I don't think so, zero marbling, thin maybe 3/4 of an inch, shoot Texas Roadhouse is better yuck. We saw the server, what, 3 maybe 4 times. Oh, the offer of more wine, at the check presentation. Water refill? Forget it. I a word "Terrible" and not I. A good way. Stay away!

First time here and it was great! There is street parking out front for pay, but not much. There is a parking garage pretty close by, that's where we decided to park. When you walk in it definitely has an old school vibe. We came at 4pm on a Monday holiday and had a reservation, it wasn't too busy. I love the booths because they are sort of tucked away into their own sections, so it feels very intimate! Our server was Mohammed, and words can't express how great he was! He recommended a drink for me, the black cherry lemon drop, and it was so good! I don't like strong alcohol but this tasted very good, had a sugar rim and a black cherry garnish. My husband got the white wine. Bread with a butter/balsamic combo was put on the table and that was super yummy. I rarely see white balsamic used, but it was very good. We started with the artichoke appetizer which was lightly fried and placed over a light sauce. My main was the spicy shrimp and scallop linguini, which Mohammed said was his family's favorite as well. OMG! SO. DANG. GOOD! I loved it, there was a lot of sauce which made it perfect for dipping the bread and the portion was very large. My husband got the salmon with a side of asparagus. He really liked the salmon and I think the asparagus was cooked perfectly. We were celebrating my bday and they gave me a little card and a creme brule which was such a nice touch. In total for both of our drinks, an appetizer, 2 seafood mains, and a side we spent about $150. Nice atmosphere, really good food, and outstanding service from Mohammed. We will absolutely be coming here again!

The General Manager was rude and condescending the moment we checked in for our reservations. We made 4 reservations for our group of 16 people. Instead of being grateful for our business he proceeded to pick on us. We are a group of business owners and managers of teams. We solve problems and work with people on a daily basis. We understood that we might not all be able to sit near each other. No big deal. We were about 8 minutes early..He made us come back at 815 (our reservation time). At one point I started to ask a question.. he actually put up his hand toward my face and answered the phone.. The way he did it was with an air of superior attitude and like I was a waste of his time. Once he answered my question you could tell he was irritated. Nice customer service! One host sat two tables outside. One group was put inside. Another group was waiting to be seated when Richard came out and made one of the seated groups get up and started yelling at them and threatening to call the cops for trespassing. They were telling him that his employee sat them there but he just refused "to deal with them" and called security for trying to reason with him. Really...security! We have never in our lives had security called on us! We all got word of what was happening and got up from our tables to support our friend who was getting yelled at. All of us were in total disbelief in the way we were being treated. We were all hungry..standing on the sidewalk with two bouncer types who were as confused as we were. Of course we complied but most of us went to bed hungry that night since its difficult to get into places without a reservation. We were in the area of the restaurant for over an hour and noticed that there were more than enough tables to accommodate us further adding to our confusion of what Richard's problem was...bad day taken out on us? We were in Vegas for 4 days and did all our reservations the same way. All the other restaurants were super accomodating and friendly. I felt bad for the waitstaff for the loss of tips and for what appears to be an abusive and angry boss. Clearly, I do not...

We were excited to try the menu at triple George. We arrived and sat at the bar as we were early and wanted drinks to start anyway. It started when we placed our order. We typed out what we wanted into our phone using the notepad feature and the bartender was very rude about using the phone to help eliminate any confusion. We were just trying to be helpful. We then waited for 30 minutes before we got appetizers. Overall the apps were good. A pity the staff here were not in the slightest. The entrees took another 25 min or so to arrive. The people who sat down after us to our left had already had drinks, ordered, ate, and left by the time our entrees arrived. If the place were busy I would understand but we elected a late dinner, there were more people drinking than eating. I had lost my appetite with the long wait and politely let the waitress know I no longer wanted my entree when it arrived. She sneered at me and stormed off leaving the entree in front of me anyway. I reiterated to the bartender that I had lost my appetite and let him know everything took an excruciatingly long time to arrive. He later came back and almost gleefully let me know that the manager flat out refused to take the entree off the bill. Everyone was really rude about the situation and he informed me the entrees came out in 25 min. Maybe from the time the appetizers came out but not from when we ordered. I looked at the time but I was not going to argue with the man. I simply came up with a way to make things even. I normally tip 30% at most places. If the service is bad I will lower it to 20 or maybe 15%. My bill was $200 so $50 would be my tip. My entree was $47 plus tax. I simply deducted my entree from the tip reducing it to 0. I hated to do it and have NEVER tipped less than 15% but this place merited it with the worst service of ANY restaurant in Vegas (I have gone to almost all of them). Do yourself a favor, avoid...
