The General Manager was rude and condescending the moment we checked in for our reservations. We made 4 reservations for our group of 16 people. Instead of being grateful for our business he proceeded to pick on us. We are a group of business owners and managers of teams. We solve problems and work with people on a daily basis. We understood that we might not all be able to sit near each other. No big deal. We were about 8 minutes early..He made us come back at 815 (our reservation time). At one point I started to ask a question.. he actually put up his hand toward my face and answered the phone.. The way he did it was with an air of superior attitude and like I was a waste of his time. Once he answered my question you could tell he was irritated. Nice customer service! One host sat two tables outside. One group was put inside. Another group was waiting to be seated when Richard came out and made one of the seated groups get up and started yelling at them and threatening to call the cops for trespassing. They were telling him that his employee sat them there but he just refused "to deal with them" and called security for trying to reason with him. Really...security! We have never in our lives had security called on us! We all got word of what was happening and got up from our tables to support our friend who was getting yelled at. All of us were in total disbelief in the way we were being treated. We were all hungry..standing on the sidewalk with two bouncer types who were as confused as we were. Of course we complied but most of us went to bed hungry that night since its difficult to get into places without a reservation. We were in the area of the restaurant for over an hour and noticed that there were more than enough tables to accommodate us further adding to our confusion of what Richard's problem was...bad day taken out on us? We were in Vegas for 4 days and did all our reservations the same way. All the other restaurants were super accomodating and friendly. I felt bad for the waitstaff for the loss of tips and for what appears to be an abusive and angry boss. Clearly, I do not...
Read moreWe were excited to try the menu at triple George. We arrived and sat at the bar as we were early and wanted drinks to start anyway. It started when we placed our order. We typed out what we wanted into our phone using the notepad feature and the bartender was very rude about using the phone to help eliminate any confusion. We were just trying to be helpful. We then waited for 30 minutes before we got appetizers. Overall the apps were good. A pity the staff here were not in the slightest. The entrees took another 25 min or so to arrive. The people who sat down after us to our left had already had drinks, ordered, ate, and left by the time our entrees arrived. If the place were busy I would understand but we elected a late dinner, there were more people drinking than eating. I had lost my appetite with the long wait and politely let the waitress know I no longer wanted my entree when it arrived. She sneered at me and stormed off leaving the entree in front of me anyway. I reiterated to the bartender that I had lost my appetite and let him know everything took an excruciatingly long time to arrive. He later came back and almost gleefully let me know that the manager flat out refused to take the entree off the bill. Everyone was really rude about the situation and he informed me the entrees came out in 25 min. Maybe from the time the appetizers came out but not from when we ordered. I looked at the time but I was not going to argue with the man. I simply came up with a way to make things even. I normally tip 30% at most places. If the service is bad I will lower it to 20 or maybe 15%. My bill was $200 so $50 would be my tip. My entree was $47 plus tax. I simply deducted my entree from the tip reducing it to 0. I hated to do it and have NEVER tipped less than 15% but this place merited it with the worst service of ANY restaurant in Vegas (I have gone to almost all of them). Do yourself a favor, avoid...

Loved the Marvelous looking Chicken pot pie and uniquely flavor Brussel sprouts side. Pot pie was wonderful smooth and way too big to finish. Salmon just melted in my wife’s mouth . Love you guys and thx for Becky our waitress as well as Micheal and Jared who attended us before dinner started at 4pm after happy hour. Thx Tana for accommodating us earlier to get our booth.
Wow a very pleasant jewel downtown Vegas . I never knew this restaurant existed for last 20 years. Modeled after the in San Francisco I was told . Kristy was and excellent sever and ever vigilant. Tana the manager was very friendly and runs a very nice establishment. Enrique the Chef prepared a wonderful lunch. My turkey club sandwich was beautiful and a most generous portion. The giant asparagus was tender all the way down the stamps and grill at the last minute. Best I ever had. The warm sourdough bread was soft butter scoop surrounded by a pleasant spiced sauce. A great different taste from my pallet. The fries were seasoned wonderful and waffle cut sweet potatoes were plain, soft with a light crunch. My wife had a side of chicken, which was yummy and cooked to perfection grilled and seasoned perfectly
