So I go in to get my bracelet clean. It just so happens that I see a charm that I liked so I asked if I could see it. Didn't end up going with the charm. So I asked the associate Adrian who was already helping us if I could get my bracelet cleaned. His response was "no because there's to many people waiting" and pointed to outside. I think he quickly realise the confused look on my face and then quickly said oh yeah and also because of Covid, but you're welcome to put it in that bowl with cleaning solution. 2 things. I waited in that line just like everybody else to get into your store for you to provide me a service that you guys normally do. Now if it's because of Covid OK I get it whatever their certain things we can't do anymore. BUT if you tell me its because of Covid but tell me that I can put my bracelet in a solution that's been sitting out on your counter where everyone put their pieces of jewellery in......doesn't that contradict your whole Covid excuse, were all using the same solution. Sticking our dirty hands into that solution to clean our bracelet? I think he was just upset that I ask him to show me something and I ended up not purchasing. Because if you really think about it the charms I saw I touched every single one of them the person next to me that he was helping they were touching charms left and right. Read moreCustomer service at it's worst! I drove all the way in from Kingman Az. with my husband and kids to possibly get my ring fixed that I had bought from a Pandora store about a year earlier.. Two girls couldn't seem to find my receipt on file so no action on their behalf was taken. I've been a customer of Pandora for over 10 years and never had an issue before with my jewelry. I knew that there was a one year warranty but they couldn't even prove my warranty was up because the receipt for the ring wasn't even on file. I typically go to the Fashion Show Mall store where the service is definitely more customer friendly but this location was closer for us since we were just getting into town. Not to mention when I first got there no one asked me if i needed assistance and literally passed me over to help another customer that came in after me (10 minutes after I stood there). I don't write bad reviews on anyone that could possibly effect one's job but these employees and this store is awful. Read moreStopped in on a whim. First employee to offer to help us shunned us off. He said "your band is discontinued, we don't have charms for it." Then proceeded to walk away.
My wife has a discontinued thinner bracelet. It will hold the newer larger charms, and I mentioned that to her while we were there. My wife went to another employee, who explained that we are welcome to add to it, but the warranty on the bracelet would not be honored if she put to many on and it broke, since the charms on it are larger and not designed for it.
