Locals — Local services in Layton

i really like this shop in the Layton Hills Mall...they have all sorts of cool house decorations and such but i go there for the awesome selection of local made hats...thats right, hats...the logo says "HUNT UTAH" and its made of cork...the logo, not the hat...so i feel good to support local but DAMN!!! these hats are not cheap by any means...my nephew liked one that i bought for his g-pa so i told him id get him one...i ended up getting him three...but im sure he'll enjoy them and thats what its about for me...LOCALS is the store and if your into cool, seasonal, and im assuming "locally made" decorations or even hats then this is the place to be spending some time in...check it out, for sure...i hope you enjoy it as much...

I've been in a lot, before hand I've had a lot of iffy experiences with the employees. Most of the employees have been teenagers who never seen to be in a good mood, they never talk or look pleasant. Two days ago however was the a very pleasant exception. Me and my mother went to look around and we ended up wanting something from a high shelf. I didn't have much faith in getting an employee to help, but when my mother came back she got help from two of the friendliest ladies I've ever even met. They were so sweet and talkative, it was such a great change from the regular customer service. They were so sweet and helpful, they gave me and my mother compliments and it really made our day so much better. Thank you to...

I got a couple of rings for my wife during Christmas time and one of them broke. I went there yesterday evening to see if they can exchange but I got the complete opposite. I got yelled at and talked down from someone that I believe said was the "store decorator."

She was getting so frustrated and kept on walking back and forth yelling that she wont do anything because it is not her product. Then another worker came to see what was happening and told me "you bought something cheap, and that is the risk you take."

If you don't own the product you sell at your location, maybe have some type of disclosures when selling it or have the contact info for the people that owns...
