Management needs to be on the same page here. Absolute dumpster fire regarding communication. We had shirts given to us for Christmas in the wrong sizes and we still had all tags on the shirts. We took them back and they did not have the shirts in stock in the sizes we needed to exchange them. Sean came over and told us we could return the shirts and get a gift card. Sean could’ve been a lot nicer with the whole conversation but I get it.. it’s the day after Christmas and I’m sure he was just done with everyone. We waited in line, got another manager named Sam and was told no returns without a receipt. I’m sorry Spencer’s but why ask for phone numbers at time of purchase if “that’s just for your benefit we can’t do anything about it in store and have no receipt look up”. ...the guy who works in the store assumed that I have stolen a ear ring right after I bought the shirt and stepped outside of the store. He's attitude was not nice at all. He said he saw me put a ear ring in my bag but that was my own ear ring, I had to take it off in order to try on the ones you have. I’ve been to this spencers many times and have bought a bunch of stuff but i went on 10/26/2017 at 8:00 pm and this employee was so rude i was looking at a rick and morty laser gun it’s obviously a toy and the pull tab was already out and this employee told me not to waste the batteries if im not going to buy it and he assumed i pulled the pull tab out.
