THIS PLACE IS INSANE! If it's a candy and they still make it.... ITS HERE. Nice Folks. Tons of Candy! They have their own candy/sauce company with 100's and 100's of Home-made candy and sauces. From Jellys & Jams, to hot sauce, burger sauce, taffys and amazing chocolates. They have 2 locations. One in Downtown Leavenworth (Sometimes has moved around from block to block). Just spent the Thanksgiving weekend in Leavenworth and we shopped here on Saturday. It was somewhat busy, but the line moved pretty quick and the gal at the register was still friendly with everyone. Our kids (elementary ages) each had their own money to spend, and the woman working was SO patient with them and told them each how awesome they were for using their own money and helped them count the change back. We told her she was wonderful and thanked her for her grace with the kids. excited to buy small rubber duck as a gag present for my friend. I walked out and was shocked that I just paid $18.00. Literally 2 minutes later I tried to return. They would not return citing the cost to return was more than the duck. She had a small sign less that 1/2 inch that stated no returns. If you want to make it fair, have a bigger sign and make it visible to your customers!!! And only have invisible and showing it to your customer when someone wants to return it . Do not shop here!!
