Just checked into LOGE Leavenworth – Downtown 🏔️✨ This spot is right in the heart of the Bavarian-style town of Leavenworth, WA. You’ve got a cozy modern room, free Wi-Fi & parking, pet-friendly vibes 🐾, and even a café + bar right downstairs. They rent out gear for hiking, biking, and skiing—so you can explore without packing heavy. And you’re only steps from Front Street Park, shops, restaurants, and all the mountain town charm. Perfect mix of adventure + comfort! #LOGELeavenworthDowntown

*Edit: The general manager reached out to me and wanted to hear my concern and took everything to heart. As well as an action plan for things that are wrong. If/ when I return I will update accordingly with the results. As others have said, this place has big aspirations but falls flat—especially with Google labeling it a 4-star hotel. Property: The courtyard and balcony are the main draws, but during our stay, the courtyard felt sad and neglected—no flowers, just a couple benches and a fire pit. The fire pit was pointless in summer since the cafe/front desk closes at 8pm, so no one can turn it on when it actually cools off. Kind of defeats the purpose. Lobby: Cute up front, but the back of the lobby has a lifted floor section that’s a tripping hazard. I caught myself on it later, but it should’ve been fixed. Rooms: It’s not clear on the site that this is a hostel-style setup. We had a private bathroom in Room 106, but that came with issues. The entry flooring was filthy, poorly cut, and missing transition strips—more tripping hazards. The shower was worse: cracked, badly sealed corner shelves likely growing mold, missing grout, and water pooling onto the subfloor. Honestly, some of it felt like a health risk. Noise was constant (it’s an old hospital building), and while earplugs were provided, you could still hear conversations through walls and floors. Staff: The staff were friendly and let us grab our parking pass early—which saved us a huge hassle—so credit where it’s due. Still, having the same people run the cafe, bar, front desk, and kitchen was… ambitious. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in via text and the keypad was smooth. Check-out? Not so much. We paid extra for a 1pm late checkout but got locked out at 11. Housekeeping let us in, but their response was snarky and dismissive when we explained what happened. Bottom line: I won’t be staying again, especially for $350 a night. I wanted to love this place—it had promise—but it didn’t live up to the pictures or the reviews.

My wife and I just returned from spending a weekend in Leavenworth to celebrate our anniversary. We saw a deal for the Adventure in on Amazon Local and thought we would try it out. Overall the rooms were fine and the support staff were nice but the owner (Steve) and some of the management staff are very rude and have very poor customer service. As long as your stay goes without a hitch, you will probably enjoy your stay here. If you have any issues that require interaction with the owners, you will wish you went somewhere else. Let's start with the good. The room was a pretty decent size and had a nice TV with DVD player built in. The lack of maid service during the trip was a little weird but would have been fine since we were only staying a couple nights. Our last day there we took a standing paddleboard lesson with Cody and it was great. He was a great instructor and we had a really fun time. Unfortunately, the events leading up to rest of the weekend really put a bitter taste in our mouths. The paddleboard lesson was included with the Amazon local deal. We signed up for Sunday and after receiving confirmation e-mails that did not include any time, we assumed there must be lessons going on throughout the day and we could show up and join a lesson. Sunday morning we get a call at 9:15 saying that we were late and the class was leaving without us. Apparently the only class was at 9am. We went down and talked to one of the staff. He was extremely rude and acted as if it was our fault for not being on time...even though we were not told the time. After some discussion, he agreed to let us join the class the next day. At this point we thought everything was settled. Irritating, yes, but it could have just been one rude manager and a miscommunication. The next day we showed up early for the lesson and one of the owners (Steve) came over to "greet" us. He said that since we missed the lesson the day before, we would have to pay a $25 rescheduling fee. I was amazed. He was trying to get more money out of us even after he screwed up. He claimed he had sent the time of the lesson in an e-mail and written it on the statement for the hotel bill. We had already checked and assured him that it was not sent to us ever. Finally we had to walk away from the lesson, go get the bill out of our car, and show him that a time was not written on there before he let us join the lesson without the extra fee. We went into the weekend hoping for a relaxing weekend at Leavenworth to celebrate our anniversary and had it spoiled by the poor communication and lousy attitude of the owner of this inn. We will certainly not be returning. For anyone looking for an inn with reasonable rates, amenities, and great customer service, I would highly recommend Alpen Rose Inn. It's a short walk from downtown Leavenworth and has excellent...

The rooms were absolutely amazing. Comfy, cozy and inviting. Upon arrival we received a text message that provided us with all the information we needed to enter our room. It gave our room numbers and room codes. Other reviews stated it to be a difficult process but it was so easy. As long as you read the instructions and do what it says. I filled out all of the forms prior to arrival so we’re were in with no problems. This place is everything it says it is. Very camp like. Our rooms were perfect. I was a bit worried about not having a bathroom in our room but it wasn’t even an issue. The restrooms are in the hallways near the rooms. Super clean and comfortable. It felt like we were staying in a cabin for sure. They have a reck room full of family fun games, water and coffee. After a full day of adventures, we spend the early night playing board games, shuffleboard and enjoying the outdoor fire that they provide provided. They even provided our family with Ready to go some more kids that we received in the café. The camp fire was rad. It was raining the entire time but isn’t that what camping is all about?! We met some cool people just handing around the fire. The kids ran around a little and player ok near by snow piles wild the rest of us laughed and Reminisced on the adventures from the day. Not gonna lie. The Marshmallows from the smart cat were rock hard but once you throw that bad boy in the fire and warm it up, it smashes the mushes as good as the rest. We are Definitely coming back. This is everything I would imagine a family trip to be. We have never been on a family vacation where there wasn’t fighting and Some sort of complaint and I can honestly say that we didn’t have any fighting or any complaints from any of our kids. They Did have sleds available in the café if we wanted to use them, but we brought plenty of our own. There’s free coffee in the café, but they offered bagels muffins and espresso. Of course, I had to get that asiago bagel Whatever latte they had Displayed for the day. ||The cafe staff was Incredibly accommodating. There isn’t a lot of staff at night, in fact none that I saw. There was a couple that came in who booked same day, trying to figure out how to get into their room but I was able to walk them through with ease. Within five minutes or so they were in their room. The only thing I will say is that you NEED to read your emails and do what it’s asking Prior to arrival. There are some forms that they text you that they need filled out and if you do that, you will have zero problems getting into this place after hours. We will Absolutely be coming back and without a doubt booking here! Thank you for Creating such a fun outdoor camping like Stay. It’s exactly what...

Read before buying! I bought the only two rooms left for my mom’s Christmas present and they cost 1100+ each. By far the most expensive rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were far from worth that much, holiday or not. I called ahead to get early checkin (since checkin is 4pm!!!) and they said to just call back the day of to make arrangements. I tried that and was told I would be contacted if and when it goes through for early check in. We are traveling there on Christmas, so knowing when to be there is pretty important. It didn’t sound like a problem, so we showed up a little early and the staff onsite in the cafe (that I had to rudely knock to get them to answer the door), quickly told me they haven’t been doing early check in all month. That is a piece of information that would be known to staff and yet I was left with a totally different impression. Another reason I thought early checkin had been cleared when we left to go to the Loge was the fact that I had received two unannounced charges not too long after calling, $20 each room. I know that is the excessive fee amount for late checkout but when I finally had realized staff was not here to help, I called and asked about the charges. Apparently, you get charged a $20 “amenity” fee for staying at the loge and no, it’s not included into the room price. Those charges showed up separate. I thought that meant that we would get amenities given to us for our stay, perhaps because of the king suite? Nope, other then the hotel trying to sell you products from their affiliates, they do not provide you with literally any amenities, you will be charged for anything you remove from that room. There is no free breakfast and you have to go to the cafe to get a cup of coffee in the morning. This hotel literally doesn’t have any amenities worth paying for. Then, to add insult to injury, I had been receiving texts and email about joining in for smores at 5pm and I thought that might be a nice amenity for the family… Well, we went looking for where this smore event was held and couldn’t find it. If it was at another location, I can prove that information was not provided via any of the information sent to me about the event.

I highly recommend staying elsewhere. The combination of events, experience and cost make this a terrible place to stay. I’ve never wasted so much...
