My experience was regarding a small rush order. I ordered the t-shirts on Wednesday morning and needed them by Friday night. I found Utah Custom Apparel by searching in Google for "Overnight custom t-shirts" and their ad said some order can be fulfilled in as little as 24 hours.

There were multiple issues with the order, but the reason I feel I should share my experience is the poor customer service I received. When the order issues arose, I communicated them to Taylor and received a surprising (though timely) response. He downplayed my concerns, implied I was unreasonable and snidely pushed all blame to me.

Initially, I had not even asked for a solution. I just informed him several of the shirts were unusable and explained why I felt the service was lacking. I have never, as a customer, been attacked by a company the way I was when I attempted to provide valuable feedback.

I personally will not place an order with Utah Custom Apparel again. Though it's possible another order would go through smoothly, I have seen how customers are treated when there are bumps in the road.

I wish Taylor had been honest up front and told me he could not provide quality service or products in the turnaround time I needed. I would have rather placed the order with one of the several overnight services online and paid more. At this point, I am doing just that to replace the shirts...

I have worked with this company several times the last few years ordering shirts for my math club, as well as for my calculus students. Utah Custom Apparel are awesome to work with. The quality of the shirts is always great. Taylor does a great job recommending colors and styles. Another thing I really like about this company is that I can send in a PDF of the graphic(s) that I want with a simple explanation and they are so good to send me back a visual confirmation so that I know exactly what to expect. I don't have to send in some fancy graphics file that I'm not familiar with, which I've had to do with several other companies I have tried to work with. I am always in a panic at the end of the school year, and Utah Custom Apparel is the easiest company to order from. They usually have my shirts back to me within a week. We have had such an amazing experience with Mixeva we have ordered from them 4 times now for our Elementary Schools Spirit Wear and have not been disappointed. I have been working with Taylor and he has been so patient and understanding with all our questions. We gave him a logo and he revamped it for us and made is look even better. Taylor worked with us and gave us proofs/mock ups to make sure we were happy and satisfied with the logo and t-shirt colors. Again Taylor has been so patient with our million and one questions. The quality of the shirts is amazing as well as the price. Shipping is quick and on time which is so important when parents are waiting on orders.
