The building is nice, parking is a major plus with plenty to go around, and it's covered too if you want it, has a gym and some game rooms. My office has an awesome view of the valley and the staffâKendraâis amazing. She always goes above and beyond for things around the office and makes you feel part of the community there. James (sales) is your buddy until youâre signed in, then itâs just smiles and waves, but that's his job.
The downside is the corporate nickel & dime game. They hit you with steep rent hikes after your first term, charge a $4.50/sq ft ârestoration feeâ no matter what, and make it tricky with auto-renewals and billing. Billing and extra charges seem to be our biggest pain point.

The parking is great. The gym is great. The location is perfect. The up front rate is pretty fair. Sure, they use nice young employees to keep you from talking to the decision makers about issues. They are picky about the house rules sometimes but let other people totally get away with nonsense other times. They charge you a $4.50 per square foot "restoration fee" even if the space is perfect when you leave, no exceptions.    Read moreSpaces and the staff have been wonderful to work with. We are a tech startup in hyper growth mode and Kelsie and Josh are very supportive, accommodating and always professional. Some of my favorite things about Spaces are the people, the amenities, i.e. gym, fruit infused water, two ice machines, fun and diverse public and private meeting areas, security, reception, covered parking and the environment is very clean. A few sore spots include slow WiFi, their staff don't arrive until 9 am or later to open locked shared spaces, and there's a lot of disruptive construction noise within the building during business hours.
