After my very first experience at Sayki, I would have given only 1 star but I went back a second time and my experience with STEVE was completely night and day compared to the guy who was there the night before (guy w a ponytail). I went there with my fiance the first time looking for a bowtie and a dress shirt. We really liked a bow tie on a mannequin in the window. We asked for it and the guy said, it's the last one and we don't remove items from mannequins. We asked if we can order it online, he said shipping was taking much longer than usual. We asked if he could check if it was available at another store and he said, there all on the east coast. So we left very disappointed and wondering why he didn't want to make a sale.

The next afternoon, I went there to give another look at the other bow ties and Steve was there. I told him what had happened the evening before and showed him the bow tie we wanted but the guy wouldn't sell to us. He called his hiring manager to ask if he could sell the bow tie in the window (he was a new employee) and confirmed that it was OK. Steve was so professional and down to earth, it was refreshing. He packed up the bottle in a little box with a handkerchief. It was not included but he wanted to make up for the experience the day before. Then as a bonus, he asked which handkerchief from the counter I wanted and gave me one for free!! He was amazing! To top if off, he gave me a discount on my purchase. Wow! Awesome selection, phenomenal customer service, and prices that were amazing! We came looking for a wedding suit for my son and ended up buying one for my other son as well! Destiny looked after us and her attention to detail and her honest desire to find out what we needed and get that for us was very refreshing. She made our experience fun and her knowledge of the product was exceptional! This was the first store we stopped at and Destiny made everyone else who served us seem distant and uncaring....
