Twisted Sugar — Local services in Logan

Edit 10/18/22 The new owners contacted me asking if there was a second chance I would give for their customer service to be made right. I tried to replicate the same experience I had previously to see if anything had changed. They've added a menu and ordering system further back in the line of cars and it definitely decreased the wait time in line which is a huge plus. We also went right before closing and did not run into the same problem of them essentially closing up early despite having customers coming within the open times. I'm sad they removed the limes from the bottom of the twisted twister drinks but they still tasted amazing. Also tried out their new gluten free cookie and it was delicious. Overall, it was a night and day good experience and I do think the new owners are improving the customer service all around. I took a long break from twisted sugar since my past review but I suspect i will be back now that things have been switched up.

We went through the drive through and got there 20 minutes before closing and then waited 10 minutes behind 3 other cars before we got to the window. I ordered a twister ice cream smoothie and two cookies and was then told that they had already started sanitizing their smoothie machine since it was close to closing. That's really terrible customer service. To be closing and eliminate availability to part of your menu when you still had a steady stream of customers AND you were not outside your open hours posted everywhere? I can get great tasting cookies and mixed sodas at 2-3 other locations here in Logan but I chose Twisted Sugar because I wanted that product that should have been available. Update: the new owner of Twisted Sugar reached out to me. He was so nice and went out of his way to fix things.

I got on their website and ordered some cookies. I went to pick them up at the time I had selected on their site but when I got there they were closed. On Google it said that they were open. It was a Utah holiday so I’m totally fine with them closing early, but their site shouldn’t have let me submit my order if they weren’t going to be open. I called them the following business day to get a refund and the manager said that she would have to check with the owner and call me back. She never did call me back and I had to call them again...

I’m so sad while writing this because I truly do love twisted sugar. However, the last few months I feel like it’s gone down hill. I used to love the chocolate chip cookies but they are completely flat now. The last several times I’ve gone the drinks haven’t even been full! I used to make excuses but I went again today and I was the only one in line and my drink had 1/4 missing. There are lots of drink places in logan and I would drive to twisted sugar but today might have been my last straw when you don’t even get what you pay for.
