We scheduled an appointment ahead of time to make sure we were efficient. We have children and that often makes it difficult to shop for phones, so we even got a babysitter for our scheduled time. We arrived on time and observed only one employee waiting, one customer who had arrived and was still waiting to be helped, and a group of customers who were being helped with a large purchase. We were greeted by the employee upon entry, but there was no communication past that. The employee did not apologize for the wait time and did not let us know approximately how much longer it would take. I would have appreciated even them telling us they were behind when we arrived so we wouldnât be helped. At least that would not have wasted 45 minutes sitting there. We left 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment when the only employee working was still helping the first group of customers. By that time, the person who beat us there still hadnât been helped or communicated with, and two more customers had arrived.    Read moreI feel like they should make it more clear on Google maps that this isnât an actual Verizon store, this is a third-party nightmare, waiting to happen. Curse Verizon for allowing third-party Retailers. The employees assured me that going out of country, after replacing my phone and setting up a new account that there would be no issues or complications with overseas travel. What a lie that was. I was stranded in Dubai, here on business for over a week unable to use my phone. The international plan doesnât work over here, Verizon wouldnât allow me to add a second eSIM because I had bought from a third-party retailer. I didnât ask once, but multiple times if there would be any complications or a possibility of complications and they assured me there wouldnât be. Then when calling them, they refuse to even as much as call Verizon on my behalf to see if anything could be done.. because of them, I lost my phone rebate, and still had to pay off my phone in full, an $1800 swing because I was foolish enough to shop here. Yesterday, I was in SLC at a corp location for Verizon and upgraded two phone lines for my parents. While in the store Verizon's system was down so our new phones could not be switched over in store and they said it would take 2 hours. My parents had to drive back to Logan, so I told them to find a Verizon dealer to help them with activation and moving contacts.
My dad went into the store today and the jerks charged him $20 per phone to move the contacts. I was so livid i called customer support with Verizon and they said that locations are to charge for moving contacts over, but that its only $10 per phone, not $20 like they charged my dad.
these guys are shady and i will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Luckily, the support girl with verizon was helpful and she credited me back half of what my dad paid.
They also never asked my dad for account info or verification, upon his arrival. All dealers are supposed to do this so it tracks all history for customers. another shady deal. these...
