On the way to the beach last week, I decided kite-flying sounded like a good way to spend some family time. I stopped in to Wind World and spent some time talking with Ron. He asked about experience levels, skill levels, typical flying sites (especially around home - when we are not on a âsandy beachâ vacation), and such. He recommended a âsoftâ aerobatic kite and an intermediate level, more aerobatic âframeâ kite. Both turned out to be perfect for our situation. Went in to the store and told them of the manufacturerâs error, and was told âWe donât do returns, we canât help you.â Way to stand by your product!
