7-Eleven — Local services in Los Angeles

The gentleman working at 4:45m on 11/22 gave me the rudest interaction I’ve ever had as a customer in my life. I typically prefer to go to this location as opposed to the one closer to my home because the employees are usually so friendly. I went up to him at the register to show him my reward for a drink and he told me to get out of the way numerous times even though I was the only person in line including the entire store. He proceeded to have a crude attitude with me when I showed him my app barcode demanding I tell him what it’s for after I repeatedly said what it was for. I felt like he was either mad that I wasn’t purchasing anything with money so I purchased some cookies after I filled up my drink and he continued to be extremely rude and told me to hurry up and choose a cookie flavor like I had been there for longer than 30 seconds. His discourtesy felt personal like I ruined his day by walking through the door. I was on the brink of tears and felt like I was being bullied, and as a woman it was extremely uncomfortable. Like I said, up until now I’ve always had a positive experience with this location until now. He practically shoved me out of the store after being in the doors for less than 5 minutes total. I’m sorry to give such a low rating, but that experience ruined my entire morning and still has me questioning what I did to deserve being talked to...

This location needs to be shut down. They follow you around the store I wanted a big gulp drink they made me pay for it first just for me togo to the fountain drinks area and NONE OF THEM WAS WORKING !!! none of the drinks was working but you make me pay first just to follow me over there to make " sure " I wasn't stealing drinks ?? How I'm gonnna steal a drink from a machine that doesn't work, then the man at the cash register just stops working and running around the store to see if anybody is stealing. Sir come back and take care of this line !!!! I understand if people are stealing from this location all the time but then that's why you hire THE PROPER SECURITY it's too many rules and regulations here can't even get a damn soda without going through 10 obstacles not to mention since none of the drinks was working I asked for a refund just for the man to say " you didn't pay " sir how the hell I didn't pay if I have the cup ???? You don't even give the cups out until you PAY so I had to argue with him that I paid just to get my money back. Whewww what a bad experience they so worried about people stealing that they are...

My experience was kind of upsetting.trying to purchase a pack of cigarettes. And he gave me the wrong pack of cigarettes. I didn't want the type of pack. I am being mentioned that that's not what I asked for and he told me that that's what he hung up and he can't change it. I asked him to just check that item back and refund my money I paid cash he denied me that's it I can talk to a manager when they get there. wouldn't give me my money back and was sad even more bizarre was I didn't touch the product I didn't walk out with the car I was still at the register at the counter I just had to walk away.
