7-Eleven — Local services in Los Angeles

I've been coming to this store for a few years up until today. As of today, no more. My issue started a little over a month ago when a male employee started singling me out. First he accused me of stealing from the store. I reported this to the owners wife and she said she would have a conversation with him. Now when ever I come in he becomes irate and tries to kick me out and threaten to call police. I've seen him treat other customers this way and the common thread, we are all black. My wife is Indian and 1/2 my family is, so I know what up. I'm never treated in this manner by the female employees. This was the third 711 I have gone to visit just to buy some buffallo wings. All 3 refused to make or cook anything for a lame excuse. This particular one lied and said they were cleaning the oven. So I asked to show me they are cleaning it. But he refuse to show. Why are the 711 clerks lazy just to pop in some chicken wings in the for hungry customers? I even gave the clerk time to "clean the over" and came back 30 min later. And he still refused to do so. This...

This 7-11 offers the worst customer service and handle customer with no courteous what so ever. Employees and the manager tend to use "F" words so often makes me sick.. Then I called and tried to ask for names of employees and manager,guess what I got,, "Fxxx you!!!!" was the reply on the phone.. Wow,,,, I wonder how they stay in business with this kind of attitude.. 7 11 corporate should cancel this...
