Goodwill Southern California Hollywood Sunset Blvd. Retail Store — Local services in Los Angeles

Sad day for me. I’ve been dropping off clothing, and house essentials here for weeks now. Employees are dishonest, prices are crazy in comparison to Salvation Army. For the weeks I’ve been donating I’ve seen two to three employees stealing the donations. They are filling their vehicles with the good valuables. Manager is on hush or she/he is also involved. Point is they are preselecting what to take home and thus none of the things I’ve donated have hit the floor. Of course the items I’m dropping off are branded high end clothing, shoes, Gucci, Jordan, Levi’s etc. and yet they have the nerve to ask if I want to you d up or donate to a business that is now just straight taxing the people who shop here. I have video recording, licence plate numbers. I will share with a famous YouTuber friend of mine to expose this practice. I highly recommend donating elsewhere, and don’t donate money to a store that is steeling. Place is always dirty. Parking lot smells like urine. I'm only giving 4 stars is for the staff and management. The one thing taken away from all else getting stars is the same group of people in the video that are literally there 7 days a week and from open till most of the day. And when the carts and clothing racks come out this group of hoarding shoppers swarm in like a pack of wild animals going in for the kíll and they do not like to share. It's impossible to be a regular shopper trying to see or Get a chance to get something off a goodie cart or clothing rack . And if u upset them they will sit there and talk smack about you in Spanish like they think you don't understand what they're saying almost like Spanish Drama Housewives. So íf u want to be next to the carts or racks visit any other location except for this one or take your chances on playing Russian Roulette with what day is it goiñg to be when you get attacked añd suffer severe Blood loss cause yóu got too close to what they think is only theirs and no one else's. Sad group of adults the size of children and their only means of life is Hoarding Goodwill Donations like Hungry...

Horrible manager yelling at everyone to get out the store when we are walking slowly trying to leave they are the one that turns off the light. Is it our fault we’ve been shopping for two hours!!! Very disrespectful then when the light turned on from the power, then he was embarrassed because he just yelled at everyone to leave you guys want to lose business then not lose business choose one!!!! Very disrespectful but the Ukraine lady that works there. I believe her name is Helen is very sweet. Gets better people!!!! last time I’m ever shopping...
