Some people may have negative things to say about this place, but for me, it’s highly recommended. I’ve stayed here for quite a while, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. This place offers such a welcoming and friendly environment, which makes it feel like home every time I visit. I truly appreciate the peaceful atmosphere that surrounds the entire place—it’s the perfect escape from the busy hustle of everyday life.

I would give them 5 stars across the board, not just for the affordability, but also because they always seem to have availability, which is crucial when you need somewhere to stay at the last minute. It’s so reassuring to know that no matter when I need a room, they’re ready to accommodate me.

But what really stands out for me is their customer service. Every time I’ve had a question or issue, their staff has been quick to respond and handle it with professionalism and care. They don’t just resolve problems—they make sure their guests feel heard and valued. It’s not easy to find that level of genuine customer service, and I truly appreciate it.

The environment here is another reason I keep coming back. It’s clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything is always in order, and there’s a certain calming energy that makes it easy to relax after a long day. The manager deserves a special mention, as they are always on top of things and work hard to ensure everything runs smoothly. You can really tell that they care about the guests and want them to have the best experience possible.

DONT! ITS A SCAM AND POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE!

Where do I start?

The check-in process is not very trustworthy. You have to call and pay the security deposit online. More than 10 days later and I still haven’t received it back!

Then a volunteer who lives in the house comes out to show you your room. When we first came inside the house, there was someone lying on the couch who looked like a homeless person.

The room we first were assigned had McDonalds bags in it, which means they didn’t clean it. It took them a whole hour to give us a new room.

The new room seemed reasonably clean, but then we saw SEVERAL MICE. Also there’s a weird smell in the entire House and the fridge doesn’t work.

Overall it’s a total scam for 100$ a night, plus the 100$ security deposit we didn’t get back. Obviously they don’t seem willing to give a refund after all our...

I had a very disappointing experience with Los Angeles Cozy Vibe. After booking, I quickly requested a refund, understanding their policy but hoping for a resolution. I was told they would see what could be done, but I never received a clear response. When I went in person to stay instead, I was left waiting in the cold for a long time, despite informing staff about my sickle cell disease. Ultimately, I was not let in and never received a refund or accommodation. The lack of communication and disregard for my situation was unacceptable.
