Adele's Of Hollywood — Local services in Los Angeles

Pretty disappointed with the events that have transpired with Adele’s… I needed a long coat for an event on Dec 3rd. Adele’s had a “ready to ship” Royal Coat Ensemble that I liked. Contacted Adele’s on Nov 18th and actually spoke to Adele herself, very sweet lady, asked her what the shipping time was to Georgia since I needed it on the 3rd. Her reply was it should not be a problem, shipping was 3 to 5 business days and if I ordered it online today (Sat the 18th) it would ship out on Monday. Placed the online order that day, put in my measurements as asked for by Adele. Called on Monday to ensure we were on target and found out they are closed on Mondays.. Not a problem still plenty of business days left before the 3rd. Left a message and asked for a return call. Called Tuesday afternoon and talked to a lady and told her what had transpired and that I just wanted to verify we were on target. She let me know that the guys downstairs that handle that were not answering the phone. She was going to walk down and check on it and would call me back in about 30 min. No return call… Called on Wednesday afternoon, talked to the same lady. She knew what the purchase was for and my name…. She told me that the guy was out to lunch and she would call me back as soon as he returned. No return call. At this point it was Thanksgiving so I just gave up and decided to see if or when they would ever call back. Needless to say the 3rd came and went. It is now the 7th of Dec and still no return call… I understand it’s the busy season but this seems ridiculous, I...

Love the selection and service at Adele’s. Use them for costumes all year round. Really pleased they even ship to the East Coast so that I can get fast ( even during problems with trucking lines during COVID) for any occasion. Am looking at a leprechaun costume for the store mannequin now, just in case. Wish I had remembered to get All Saints Day, and need to renew rabbit’s ears for Easter. I know I can rely on them.

Employees very helpful and informed- - rather miraculous regarding the city block size store of many floors packed full of costumes for the movie industry and public alike. Don’t see how they know to find a special look or the right size! Bully for them.

I stopped by Adele of Hollywood today—and wow, what an amazing experience. Right in the heart of East Hollywood, this place hits different. The customer service? Top-notch. You ask, they don’t just answer—they take you there, show you, walk you through options, and genuinely want to help.

I’m so glad I visited, so glad I found what I needed, and even more grateful for the experience I had. You can feel the love they have for what they do. The passion, the knowledge, the care—it all shows. It’s more than just a costume shop. It’s a place run by people who truly love this craft.
